Well I would prefer to be able to say no stars! I ordered a pair of trainers in good faith. They never turned up.
I chased after a few weeks and was told they were on the way, then I chased again was given and apology and told a second pair was being sent to me as a gesture of goodwill. Neither pair turned up.
When I emailed after, I never got a response,
A complete scam!

Total disgrace, total scam and heard nothing back from them at all. Please beware, don’t touch them with a barge pole. Complain to police!

I placed an order in April on Instagram and have not received it. This company needs to be blocked

If I could I’d give zero stars. Never received my item ordered in April and these thieving scammers have £45 of my hard earned cash! Not even even sure if they exist. Looks like all of us here need some help getting our money back!!!

Never received goods emailed over and over, received one response from someone called Emma who stated they were resending and adding in a free one and yet again nothing received.

Dreadful!!!! Placed an order off an instagram advert in March. Money was taken from my account but my order was never sent. When I follow the links to chase up they are no longer active and the emails I have sent are never acknowledged or answered. DONT use them!!!

I would give zero stars. Like everyone else order places in start of April and now June and nothing has arrived. I have emailed and chased and no response. A scam website. Do not order.

Ordered over two months ago. Still not received and repeated emails totally ignored.

A similar situation to everyone else on this page, I ordered a dress on 29th March, and it still hasn't arrived. I have chased by email several times, and no response. On their website, they are posting a five star Trustpilot review, so someone at your organisation has to stop them doing this

I wish I could give NO stars. Why are companies like this allowed to stay on social media. I should have read the reviews before ordering goods. My money has been taken. I have received no goods. I have sent numerous emails about my order but have had not one reply. PLEASE DONT USE THIS WEBSITE. ITS AN EXPENSIVE SCSM.

I have not received my order placed 6th April. I have emailed them several times also to the email on their website terms and cond page - a trail leads to Magnifique Mode an e-commerce website that was registered on October 11, 2023. The store is hosted on the Shopify platform under the account name 341984-3.myshopify.com. The publicly registered domain name for this store is magnifiquemode

If you are reading this having had the same experience I suggest you report them to your countries relevant ombudsman. The US's Federal Trade Commission currently runs a database called Econsumer.gov, which is designed to help consumers register complaints regarding overseas Internet businesses and suppliers. In the UK If a credit card was used to buy the goods and the amount in dispute is over £100 but less than £30,000, then contact your credit card provider. Good luck.

Rubbish have been waiting 4 weeks for dress to arrive. No one has responded to my emails

Ordered a dress on 29th April, for a wedding on 18th May, and it still hasn’t arrived! There’s no contact info, and there doesn’t seem to be any way to get in touch with them to see where it is! Disgraceful 🤬🤯😤
