worst company ever!! What I ordered and what I got were two totally different things. Apparently im lucky i got any package at all

Sent emails asking where my order was no reply are explanation if this is how this company works will not be using them again

I ordered several chairs from this website on two occasions. Each time the company accepted payment and then returned it several days later with no reason attached. I have called numerous times and had no response to any email enquiry.

I can always rely on Ariana for a great service - the company has not only put my mind at ease with their best in class service but also continued to serve us for many years exceptionally well!

I want to give no stars as these are absolutely abysmal - AVOID
Purchased 2 sets of slate placemats in early November 2023 via Wowcher.
Delivery was quick but item damaged.
Emailed them several times and zero response.
All Wowcher want to do is forward on my email so avoid them too.
CUSTOMER SERVICE = ZERO
Still waiting for a reply - looking to take them to court just to get a refund.

Order a coat stand paid for express delivery for 20/11 turned up 21/11, I had to swap my days at work to be here for the delivery.

Lovely tiered cake stand, an absolute bargain, delivered quickly and well packed - will definitely buy from again.

Great buying experience. The clothes hangers were as described: solid wooden ones. I'll buy more from here in the future.

Ordered a car vac. Delivered with missing parts a month after ordering . Sent back immediately. Been Trying to get a refund for a month now.

Parcel did not arrive. Sent email but have waited 4 days and no reply, not even an acknowledgement of email.

contacted the courier company they could not verify where the parcel was.
filled in contact form on website = no reply.
phoned the contact number 3 times on different days = no answer.
Had to resort to a paypal complaint and got a full refund. very poor customer service

Items arrived quickly. But not very satisfy with the dehumidifiers I received. The package I received has already broken, with a quite big hole on the box. Luckly, items not dropped out, so I still got all 10 boxes of dehumidifiers I ordered. But once I open the package, I found 4 boxes of them, not good enough to use. The crystals balls which should stay on the top layer, all dropped down to the bottom layer. And in the middle of the box which should be a plastic board to separate the two layers, also looks broken and drop down. So 4 boxes of those dehumidifiers, can't use directly. Although it is good price, but only 60% of the order looks ok. So I can give no more than 3 stars for this purchase.
By the way, as I only receive those dehumidifiers a few days, so currently I am not sure how good it is to remove the moisture in the house, so not comment for that.
