I love the material and the fit! It is great! It took a while for the jumpsuit to make it to my home but that was ok as the team from Aria kept assuring me with texts and e mails that it would be delayed. I am glad I didn't cancel my order. I love it!
BIZARRE and unprofessional company
If you want to be a real company then hire staff! Quit hiding behind the "we're a small family business" line.
I have to constantly babysit them to handle two different returns because they don't respond or I'm sent automated responses that are useless.
My friend gifted me a regular small jumpsuit but it was too big and perhaps a petite size would be better. To understand the difference between the regular and petite sizing it took multiple exchanges thru the chat, and emails and at least an hour! They say it's a shorter inseam on the website but is that the only difference?? Is the torso shorter? Other dimensions different or just the inseam? So simple to add this info to their website so why isn't it there??
I took a chance on a separate order and got myself the petite XS and it was a good fit because the dimensions are different! But to exchange the gifted regular for a petite thru their website wasn't possible which was AGGRAVATING. Again MORE emails. And then someone named Lisa said she'd handle it for me, like I was some special case and she was doing me a favor! So I sent it off on July 24, 2024 and it's August 13th and nothing. I'm in LA which should make this easy. No communication to say they've received it, are working on my order, nada. Again with the "we're a small family business" line (insert eye roll here).
With the pine green XS (dumb name because it's a much brighter emerald green) I'd ordered the everyday jumpsuit in small in case the XS wouldn't work cuz I was flying blind with no sizing specifics for the petite. The top was so tight it was cutting into my armpits. So I exchanged for a petite medium so now the bottom is baggy and the top isn't as bad but still too tight. It's like the top and bottoms are mismatched. Plus the fabric is much heavier in the everyday and not in a good way.
How is it that with two separate returns sent the same day one is handled but I have no info about the other? Ridiculous. If I were to do it over I would NOT do business with this company. The juice ain't worth the squeeze.

Not a 5 stars experience
*Very unsatisfied canadian customer who had to exchange here*. Bought a size small following the sizing guide provided on the website. Because of the nature of the fabric, it fits because it is very stretchy but is also very short on the legs and will give you a camel toe. Color was not as shown (pine green much brighter). Many emails later, I received confusing (automated -AI?- responses) to end up paying 3 times the shipping fees (initial + return + new item) which was over 100$ Can. They offered a 10$ gift card which someone told me I could use to finally say they had an error in the communication and I actually cannot use it. Took a couple weeks for them to process the return. They are a small company and will explains delays and no discount of any sort because of it. Product is very comfortable though. But worth almost 300$ all in all? No

I rarely leave bad reviews, but unfortunately I am not getting the product I ordered back on May 20th. It is almost 8 weeks. They never sent me any updates, so when I reached out on July 5th, they replied that they discovered a 'labeling mistake' which delayed my order. After which they promised it would be shipped on the 8th. It is now the 15th and yet again, no information about the shipping. Maybe a bad review will get them to honor my order. They did charge my card and took the money immediately back in May.
Update: response to their reply. They have not reached out via email. I reached out again via text and got the same canned response that they are working on it and there is still no date of shipment. The reply below is a lie!
