Evaluating 139 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many consumers frequently complained that the clothing quality was extremely poor, featuring paper-thin fabrics, cheap materials, and noticeable loose threads. People also noted that the delivered items looked completely different from the promotional website photos and were ultimately impossible to return due to misleading and restrictive sale policies. Some reviewers were happy with certain purchases, mentioning that their orders arrived reasonably quickly and looked great when worn. A few customers even felt that the fabric was surprisingly soft, noting that specific dresses actually fit them wonderfully and exceeded initial expectations.

Poor quality, no labels, and zero respect for consumer rights

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Aria Belle. I ordered two dresses in different sizes (S and M), but what I received was a complete disaster.
First, the quality is appalling—the fabric is paper-thin, completely transparent, and covered in loose threads. Second, the items have absolutely NO labels (no brand, no size, no care instructions), which is a clear violation of textile regulations. Despite ordering different sizes, both dresses have the exact same measurements, yet they arrived in different color shades and different fabrics.
When I contacted customer service with photographic evidence, they repeatedly hid behind their "Final Sale" policy, claiming these major defects are just "minor variations." They completely ignore statutory consumer rights regarding faulty goods and items not as described.
If you are looking for quality and fair treatment, stay away from this store. I am now forced to resolve this via a bank chargeback and the European Consumer Centre.

ITS NOT A REAL SITE!

ITS NOT A REAL SITE! They take items of off babyboo fashion and attempt to sell for way cheaper than they’re worth! I’ve done my digging on the aria belle site and so far all reviews have been that item hasn’t came or item isn’t the same or they don’t respond back so don’t purchase! I nearly did before I found out they’re scamming using a different brand as its selling point.

Absolutely awful! I have not received my item that has been paid for. I have chased for an explanation as updates on tracker are incorrect and to date no response after 3 emails!

Absolutely disgusting business…

Absolutely disgusting business practices. FIRST, they are a dropship brand shipping from China.

They don't even have a label on their dresses.

When asked for a refund, my girlfriend was told 'they don't offer refunds for items that were part of a sale'

To note the dress was nothing like the adverts plus it came dirty.

I know the founders will read this, you must be proud of your shitty shopify screenshoots scamming people.

Extremely poor service, item took over 2 weeks to be delivered. When it did arrive the size wasn't correct and I wanted to return it. I was told as it was on sale a return wasn't possible

Awful quality and no returns

Ordered the Aria mini dress in brown, was nothing like the picture - awful quality and wasn’t a corset where it appeared to be in the pictures. Tried to return but they wouldn’t accept a return as I had a 10% discount when I ordered (apparently anything discounted can’t be returned even though all of their items always have discounts on)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PAGE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PAGE. ITS FAKE! Wish I had checked reviews first. The exact same thing has happened to me. Every single item they list in the sale so if you buy anything that is discounted, they will never let you return it. Not only that the quality of the item is absolutely shocking compared to the photos they steal the photos of other websites. It’s almost as if it’s arrived from Shein the packaging is written in all Asian writing, thin clothing, loose threads. Scammers!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Do not buy from them

I bought a dress looked super beautiful, i trusted the website as their instagram have loads of followers. The dress came after 2 weeks and the dress came in wrong colour and it looked nothing like the picture, absolutely horrible, then I’ve realised they were using baby boo pictures. I just emailed for a refund and return the product, will update with the outcome. DO NOT buy this website.

Scam

Same as other people, sad I didn’t check it earlier and believed what i saw. Very poor quality, nothing like the photo. And received a dress without a tag on it!!!
They said it is on sale and these items are not refundable!
They say that i can receive other size only by paying the delivery cost(which is 19€!!!) and that a can keep the initial dress(which costs 45€ and i can keep it? Imagine how much does it actually cost)

Not great quality products especially…

Not great quality products especially for the price. I ordered 3 dresses from the website & was not aware that they were considered final sale as they were discounted- this information is only available if you search into the fine print as the initial information on the website states returns are available within a 30 day period.

Do not buy on this website

This website appears to operate using deceptive and misleading practices that closely resemble a scam.

I placed an order before the end-of-year holidays and waited nearly 30 days to receive it. Even accounting for holiday delays, this is unacceptable given the prices charged and the way the brand presents itself.

When the dress finally arrived, the quality was shockingly poor. The product has no resemblance to the photos or videos used on the website. The gap between what is advertised and what is delivered is extreme and clearly misleading.

The website claims to have over 10,000 positive reviews, yet the brand seems to have been created very recently. These claims seriously call into question the authenticity of the reviews displayed on the site. At no point is it clearly disclosed that products are shipped from China. Instead, everything — the brand name, visual identity, and overall presentation — is designed to suggest a legitimate European independent brand.

The site even features images of supposed physical stores, which are clearly AI-generated, giving customers the false impression that the brand has real European boutiques. This is, in my view, deliberate misrepresentation.

Charging around 50€ for products of such poor quality, while relying on false credibility signals, misleading visuals, and vague or hidden information, is unacceptable. This business model is based on creating trust through illusion, not on delivering real quality or transparency.

I strongly advise people not to purchase from this website. Based on my experience, this platform should be reported, as it misleads consumers from start to finish.

The only reason I feel somewhat protected is because I paid using Apple Pay, which offers buyer protection. Without that, customers would be left with little to no recourse.

DO NOT BUY, REPORT!

DO NOT BUY. This website is masquerading as legitimate brands like Babyboo, White Fox, and NA-KD. The items they ship are poor-quality counterfeits that do not match the photos, or they send nothing at all. They refuse refunds by claiming items are "on sale" (even though the whole store is always on sale).

⚠ HELP STOP THIS SCAM: Please don't just leave a review—take 2 minutes to report them so we can shut this down!

1. Report to the Domain Registrar (Tucows) Search Google for "Tucows Abuse Report". Go to their official page and submit a report for "Phishing." Tell them: "This site is masquerading as known brands like Babyboo and NA-KD to deceive customers. Please reset their name servers."

2. Report to Google Search for "Google Report Phishing" and submit the website URL. This helps trigger a red warning screen for future visitors.

3. Contact Authorities (Crucial!)

UK: Report to Action Fraud, Trading Standars and Citizen advice immediately.

Europe: Report to the ECC (European Consumer Centre) in your country.

USA: File a complaint with the FTC. Reporting to authorities helps freeze their bank accounts and payment processors!

Scam

Scam! Do not buy anything here!

Extremely misleading, refusal to honor own return promise, and dismissive customer support

I ordered a dress based on the product photos and the explicit promise on the product page that stated:
“You have 30 days to return your item — hassle-free” and “30-day money-back guarantee.”

After receiving the dress, it was immediately clear that it did not match the advertised product:
• The draping pulls strongly to one side and does not fall symmetrically as shown in the listing.
• There is visible seam tension and puckering, indicating incorrect stitching or panel alignment.
• The colour is visibly different from the listing photos (which the seller later acknowledged).

Despite this, customer support repeatedly refused a refund or return and used the same script in every response:
1. First they claimed the product “matches the order” and that differences are “due to lighting.”
2. Then they claimed the issue was “caused by body proportions” — even though I have virtually the same body type as the model shown.
3. Then they claimed that the “30-day return” wording on the product page is “general informational text only” and not applicable to sale items — even though no such exclusion is shown on the product page itself.
4. Finally they stated this was their “final position” and that they would only offer an exchange, not a refund or return.

So in summary:
• The product does not match the advertised appearance.
• The return promise on the product page is contradicted after purchase.
• Support hides behind internal policies that directly conflict with what is shown at the point of sale.
• Every reply repeats the same corporate wording and dismisses the actual issue.

This feels deliberately misleading: the website promises an easy return, but once you receive the product, they refuse to honor it and push responsibility back onto the customer.

I am now forced to escalate via my payment provider.

I would strongly advise others to be very careful ordering here: the product presentation, return messaging and actual customer service do not align, and you may end up stuck with an item that does not match what was advertised — with no realistic way to return it.

Scam, they use the female models of babyloo and make fake dresses with poor fabric and quality

They've made a copies of a dresses made by famous/semifamous brands like babyloo and almondmuse, used their models and didn't bother to make the quality the same. Really poor fabric, the sizes don't match, it's a complete mess the dress I ordered. They are trying to bargain for "partial refund" and from how things are going I do believe that I will be denied the refund even tho their policy says that I'm in my rights to get one.

Horrible Dress

It took an extremely long time for them to deliver the dress that I ordered. It is not at all what I imagined it to be, the material is horrible, sizing is also horrible. The entire thought process of this dress is just bad. I would not advise anyone on ordering from them.

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. The clothes are from Shein, they are advertising that they offer 30 30-day money-back policy. After you request a refund, they say that items that are on sale do not participate in that offer ( All items are always on sale! )
Don`t order here, just take a photo of the items and paste them on Shein. I think even their quality is worse!
