It has been nearly a month now, and I have received ABSOLUTELY NOTHING—no shipping notification or anything of the sort. I find this completely unacceptable; the service is appalling. I have sent several emails, and twice I was given the exact same response: that the order would be shipped by the end of the week. While I understand that things might be busy due to a sale, waiting nearly a month for an order—when the original delivery time was supposed to be just a few days—is ridiculous. It feels like a total scam. Especially since I’m still receiving promotional emails every single day, while customers aren’t even being assisted properly or receiving their orders. You make all sorts of promises, but none of them are true. I haven’t even received a shipping confirmation! On top of that, I’m the one who has to keep chasing you up—it would only be decent and professional to provide a customer with an update if a delay occurs.

To be clear—I don’t say this lightly or gladly—but I have never experienced such poor service. I usually try to remain polite, but this has genuinely made me angry. I am certainly not going to pay for this kind of treatment and such terrible service. I no longer believe that my order will ever arrive.

1 star – Very disappointing experience

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with AresGymClothing.

I placed order #67990 on 28 September and paid €82 for my clothes. However, I still haven't received my order.

I find this situation completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to receive the products I have paid for, as well as clear information about the status of my order.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this company. I want an explanation for the delay and a clear solution as soon as possible. If my order cannot be delivered, I expect a full refund.

Based on my personal experience, I would think twice before ordering from this store again.

The clothes fit nice and flattering. Sometimes the label that is printed on come of in the wash, but overall good quality. Had a lot of delays in delivery though, so I recommend ordering earlier.

Delivery was said to be the day after playing the order, but it has been almost three weeks, and it still hasn’t arrived. The last time i ordered the exact same thing occured. I will never order from them again

I ordered several products during the sale two weeks ago, but I still haven’t received anything. I haven’t even received an email saying my order has been shipped! I’ve emailed them several times, but they haven’t replied at all. This is really unacceptable!

I have ordered a few times and it is fast delivery with great products, I once recieved a product with a problem and when i send an e-mail I got a response within 1 day. Overal its a good brand with nice clothing

The quality is very good and I like the material. They have good discounts and good overall prices.

Really good quality on the fabric of the clothes. Also really quick delivery in comparison to others gym clothing brands. Never had a complain about returning items or other questions.
