Review of the Arella body brush
I recently bought the Arella copper body brush and the face sculpting tool. Unfortunately it appears that customers can’t leave product reviews on the Arella website.
While I can’t fault the fast delivery and lovely packaging, I’m really disappointed with the body brush.
First off, it had already lost bristles before I even took it out of the bag and loses bristles every time I handle it.
My main issue, however, is how harsh it is on the skin. I have been using body brushes for years and never had any issues before. But the Arella brush leaves me with long scratches all over my body despite using it lightly and not applying any pressure. I would give the brush a 2/5 rating.
The face sculpting tool looks well made and is beautiful but I wish they had a proper video tutorial on how to use it effectively.
I would have loved to love the body brush but it’s sadly a miss for me.

We are pleased that the delivery and packaging felt like a positive first impression, but we are genuinely sorry to hear that the body brush has not met your expectations. What you have described around bristle shedding and the feeling on your skin is not the experience we want anyone to have with Arella, especially when you already have a long relationship with body brushing and know what should feel supportive rather than uncomfortable.
However, the copper bristles are intentionally designed to be more stimulating than traditional brushes, to support circulation and skin renewal, but they should never feel as though they are scratching or causing distress to the skin. While we have sold hundreds of these brushes since launching last month and have not received other feedback around bristles falling out, we take your experience seriously and would really like to look into this further for you, as it may be a fault with this particular brush.
We would really love the opportunity to make this right for you, whether that is through a replacement, a refund, or guiding you towards a softer alternative that feels better suited to your skin. Please do reach out to us directly so we can support you personally.

I absolutely love the copper brush and…
I absolutely love the copper brush and the hair comb. The copper brush gives such smooth skin and it’s so effective and it feels really nice as well. It’s not too harsh. The comb is just divine I absolutely love it. It’s so good for my hair as well, which is quite brittle. I love absolutely love Aralla and all their products. I also take the collagen which has been a game change my skin.

Areola Copper Body Brush
I have been body brushing for a while now and like the results. I recently replaced my old brush with a lovely, new copper body brush from Arella. What a difference! My skin is now super smooth, exfoliated, and glowing. The brush comes in a handy travel pouch with clear instructions to ensure the best results from a body brushing routine. I would highly recommend purchasing and get brushing for summer ready skin!

Yes … I’ve reviewed Arella before
Yes … I’ve reviewed Arella Beauty previously, however I really wanted to do a follow-up as these two products have genuinely become staples in my daily routine.
I use both the Arella Collagen and Pause every single day, and for me consistency has been key. They’re so easy to take (I love that they come in sachets ❤️), and they have just slotted into my routine without any effort.
Since my full hysterectomy in 2023, alongside bowel surgery which resulted in me now living with a stoma, I’ve been much more conscious about what I put into my body and how I support my overall wellbeing. It’s been a huge adjustment physically and emotionally, so finding something that makes me feel even a little bit better in myself really matters.
Over time, I’ve noticed improvements in my skin feeling more hydrated and smoother, but more importantly I just feel better within myself ⚖️ more balanced and supported day-to-day. That’s something I don’t take for granted 🩵🌱
The taste is actually really pleasant (which isn’t always the case with supplements), and the convenience makes it easy to stay consistent, even on the days where everything feels a bit much.
For anyone navigating hormonal changes, recovery, or just looking to support their body from the inside out … these have been a really positive addition for me.
Of course, everyone’s journey is different, but for me these have become non-negotiables in my routine 🤍🌱🩵

Best gift I received this Christmas
I received the Arella copper body brush as a gift this Christmas and I have to say it’s been absolutely amazing. My skin is so much softer my lymphatic system which is usually blocked is beginning to clear and I have seen an improvement in my circulation. It looks great in my bathroom and a handy pouch, which I will definitely take with me when I go travelling. It is already part of my daily routine along with Arella collagen and Arella pause. Think carefully!
Think carefully; unlike other retailers there is no offer of a refund if you encounter problems.....a lot of money wasted with tubs unopened that you cant use. And there is a goods chance you won't be able to use them because the taste is foul; I have a cast-iron stomach but I tried, I really did, and I couldn't take it without gagging. Read the reviews, the taste is a talking point. Maybe you'll be ok, but is it worth the costly risk?

Liquid collagen, by its nature, can be challenging when it comes to flavour, and this is something we’re always mindful of. We’ve worked extremely hard on our formulation and take great pride in making our collagen as palatable as possible, while still maintaining its quality and effectiveness. That said, we do appreciate that taste is subjective and may not suit everyone.
With regard to refunds, due to the nature of the product, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items. This is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions. For this reason, we also offer a one-time purchase option rather than a subscription, allowing customers to try the product without any ongoing commitment and decide whether it’s right for them.
