These guys are total scammers, liars, cheats and thieves.

In June I placed an order which was said to have arrived then they declared it was lost then they said the courier could not find our address. This process has now been done twice and they have offered an 80% refund which still has not arrived. I argued it should be 100% refund . I will never order from this company again and I recommend caution before you order with them. They were pretending to be Sussans and seem to have connections in all sorts of dodgy places. They stated they had PayPal as an option but this could not be accessed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER THEY ARE DEFINITELY SCAMMERS

Likely Scammers

I ordered a package. First one did not arrive. They promised to resend. 2nd one also did not arrive.
Odd tracking number. Not really traceable. Said ' delivered' when clearly not.
I live in a small town with only 3 possible couriers. I could have easily tracked but they refused, despite numerous requests, to give me the name of the courier they used.
This is odd behaviour.
Offered 70% refund. I declined, insisting on 100%. They agreed, but i have yet to see it in my bank.
I will escalate my complaint if money not in my bank soon.
DO NOT recommend.

SCAM money grabbers

Ordered clothing, they took my money, order didn’t arrive. Promised & promised a refund but money never arrived. They are SCAMMERS!!! They have no problems in stealing your money!! Be very wary ordering from areaate.com

Royal Rip-Off

I placed an order with this company which said they were Sussan in early June 2024. It still has not arrived. I contacted them and they said the freighter had lost it so that they would resend. It was lost again apparently and they offered a 70% refund on around $1,000. This is the biggest rip-off around. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a Father too Daughter blanket…

Ordered a Father too Daughter blanket for a Christmas gift. Order was made on December, 2nd. Blanket never showed. After SEVERAL attempts too correct issue with an actual human; I finally disputed it through my bank, and Ordered another one; figuring that Areatee would be a honest company that would refund the money spent on a product that I never received. Unfortunately! February, 22nd I finally received a human representative that informed me that they would not refund my money and would only send another blanket, even after giving them heads up not too waste more materials due too a second order had been placed, and that blanket had already been received. This company obviously is greedy, along with not worried about customer satisfaction, or earning repeat business from us. I would STRONGLY urge you to look elsewhere for similar products with a company that cares to make their customers happy, vs. making sure they take your money by all means necessary; even at a level of theft, which is what they have basically done in my case. DO-NOT-SHOP-FROM-THIS-COMPANY! It's definitely at your own risk!

Do not order from this company

ordered a Mother to Son blanket on 12/27/2020 did not hear from this company, so I emailed on 01/12/2021. Was told Blanket will ship on 01/13/2021. 01/20/2021 still no Blanket, contacted company again was told Blanket is in production, and it will ship ASAP asked when is ASAP would like a date got same answer. Told them my Sons Birthday was on the 4th would like a refund. Company refused to give me a refund told me it was in production so they are unable to refund. Ended up after more back and forward calling my c/c company to dispute charges. I would not recommend ordering from this company! I have all the emails and can provide them to my bank.

I ordered a blanket.

The blanket I ordered is a gift for my sister. It's not as heavy as I expected, but the artwork is awesome! I will likely order from Areatee again.

Beautiful Blanket. Perfect for my Daughter.

My daughter is getting ready to go to college, and I wanted her to have this. I ordered it and it came a day early. It was beautiful. The printing on it was wonderful, really soft and looks amazing. I know she will love it when I give it to her at Christmas.
The process was easy, got email updates and was delivered when it said it was. Thank you

I ordered a coffee mug in April

I ordered a coffee mug in April. Post office returned it twice saying it was addressed wrong. It wasn't and post office had my phone number. Can't reach anyone by phone. Not areatee or post office. I won't ever use them again. They say they are in America but don't tell you it comes from China. I can't get a refund only the run around.

Ruined Father’s Day

I placed my order on 5/12 for 2 shirts to ensure they’d be received by Father’s Day. However I had to constantly email for an update As only one shirt was received I did finally receive the last shirt on 7/10 after emailing requesting a refund. My kids paid for this order for their stepdad and was very disappointed that they were only able to present part of gift. I work in customer service and Canned responses are annoying and lack empathy and support. I’ll never use this company again

Got screwed

I ordered 6 items from them. I got two out of my 6 items. I did not get the other 4 items. I have reached out to them multiple times to replace items or refund the items and I have not got anything. Lost over 200 dollars to them.

Took my money 37 days ago still no product!!

Order a fathers day shirt on 5/31/20. Said order would be shipped within 5-15 business days of processed payment. Payment was withdrawn from my account on 6/1/20. Emailed on 6/22/20 because the order still wasn't showing as shipped. Response back said "we expect your order to ship out by 6/29/20". Emailed again today 7/7/20, response back says "sorry to hear your order is late, we are still working on making it perfect"... no expected shipping date, nothing! Certainly didn't have a problem taking my $, and now can't even tell me when they are expecting to ship it!!! 37 DAYS LATER... no shirt, no explanation, no nothing! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
