Used disgusting mouse instead of new

I ordered a “NEW” Razer company mouse that was a 100 eur. I waited 2 weeks for it to arrive and i got a obviously used mouse that hasent even been cleaned. There were greasy finger prints on it and stuff missing. And funniest of all the box said “Amazon resale” so they didnt even take a look at the package before sending it

DO NOT ORDER FROM AREAAL.EE

I absolutely do not recommend this place. Better to pay a bit more and buy from a more reliable store.

I placed my order on September 29. The delivery time was supposed to be 7–10 days. After a week passed, I wrote to them because I still hadn’t received any information about the delivery. They replied that the order would arrive between October 10–14.

I waited until October 13 and wrote again, since I still hadn’t received a tracking number. They then replied that the package still hadn’t been shipped because the product’s arrival to their warehouse was delayed, and that delivery would instead take place between October 17–21.

I contacted them again during those dates to ask how much longer it would take, as I still hadn’t received any tracking number. I also told them that if the order didn’t arrive by the promised dates, I’d like a refund so I could order from another store that actually respects delivery times.

On October 20, they replied that since the order had been open for a long time, they would issue a refund to the same account. Eight days passed, but I still hadn’t received the refund. I asked how long it would take — whether I’d have to wait another month. They replied the same day saying that if the refund hadn’t yet been processed, it would happen within the next couple of days.

It’s been almost a week since then, and I still haven’t received the refund — and now they’re not replying to me anymore. (UPDATE: I just recieved the refund (after 2 weeks waiting for it!)

A month and a half wasted — that's how I can describe my experience with this store.

On June 17, I placed an order for 752.59 euros. The product delivery description stated 3-7 business days.

After this period, it turned out that the product would be delivered in 2 weeks (that is, the product page initially contained deliberately false information).
A week passed... a second... a third... a fourth.
The product never arrived.

Later, support reported that there was a delivery failure. And here lies the main thing:
- This store does not have its own warehouses.
- All products are delivered upon order, after the customer has paid.
- As a result, the customer finds himself in a situation of complete uncertainty: he does not know whether the product will be there at all and when it will arrive.

After a month of waiting, I requested a refund. Support responded politely (and thanks for that), promising a refund within 7 business days.
And what do you think happened next?
That's right.
The money arrived only on the 14th working day, and that was after I reported my intention to contact the Department of Consumer Protection.

Conclusion:
The store actually operates on a dropshipping model - there is no product in stock, and it is ordered only after receiving payment.
This information is not clearly indicated anywhere, which creates the impression that the product is in stock and will be delivered quickly.

What I learned from this experience:
Before ordering from a small online store, be sure to write to support and clarify:
- Is the product in stock?
- What is the actual delivery time?

If the deadline is critical, it is better to contact a store with its own warehouse - this is a guarantee of transparency and speed of delivery.

Avoid Areaal – False Promises

Today i got an reply from Areaal, and received my money back.
I'll change the header from:
"Scam, stay away - Avoid Areaal – False Promises and No Refund"
to
"Avoid Areaal – False Promises"
by the way communication was quite prompt. I think the company is using your money for free, before returning you back.
I ordered an iPhone 16Pro Max from Areaal on May 21, with a promised delivery time of 1 week. It never arrived. I contacted customer service, and every week I was told it would arrive “next week.” This went on for over a month.

I finally cancelled the order 15 days ago (on June 25), and they confirmed (on June 26) I would receive a refund. Despite several follow-up emails (including a final warning), I still have not received my money back as of July 10.
Avoid this company at all costs. Extremely unprofessional and possibly fraudulent.

I ordered a speaker

I ordered a speaker, received the package only after 3 weeks, then I did not need it anymore, because it was planned as a birthday present for my cousin. I returned the order, and the customer service manager of the company promised that they will refund the money within 7 business days. It has been almost 2 weeks since they took the package, and my money has not arrived. And I am not sure if I will receive it at all. I do not recommend this company!

I had a disappointing experience with…

I had a disappointing experience with Areaal.ee. They sent my order with a delay and didn’t even offer an apology for the inconvenience. Due to this lack of reliability, I decided to return the item within 14 days as allowed, which cost around 600 euros. However, they informed me that they would deduct a portion from the refund, which is completely illogical and unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I cannot trust their service and strongly recommend others to avoid buying from them. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere

Scamlike company/Poor customer service

Poor customer service, poor attitude from company, has no knowledge about orders, placed an order on 16 May 2023, order not received after 10 days, called for tracking of the order and I was tossed around to write emails after providing my order details, when I finally got an update after 8 working days, order is in transit from Vilnius to Riga and I live in Tallinn.

Yes, you updated me reluctantly, I have screenshots of your Facebook chat with me, the arrogant agent left me with no response, In the end you still sent me a wrong order without apology or compensation, just the difference in payment, so don’t act as if I was lying.
