Bought a pr of shoes from them online and when they came they were too small. Messaged them straight away asking if I could return. They answered me vertually straight away asking If I could send a photo of the size. It was then I realised that they had sent the pr out two sizes too small. Put that in reply. I had no response at all. Sent another message a few days later. Still no response. It was only then I checked to see their reviews. All extemely poor. I will go via my visa delta to see if they can refund. Keep away from them

Arden and Blythe refused to refund a faulty item. Three times they offered a discount on an unwearable item. Finally, they stopped responding to emails.

Terrible quality. Do not waste your money. The shoes are unwearable and its doubtful you'll get refunded.
Its a case of more Chinese crap. 🤬🤬🤬

I tried to cancel within 2 hours of placing the order but they refused.

I bought a dress which was advertised as linen reduced from£85.99 to £35.99 in the sale,30 day money back guarantee. When it arrived it was piece of Chinese rubbish not worth a £5 , they offered me a 10 per cent cash refund or l had to pay shipping to send back to China, in the end l managed to get 20 per cent refund. Do not buy from them, they are not an honest firm, they deserve NO stars but it was the only way l could up a review

I ordered an item that was not like the dress in the picture and what I call a tablecloth was delivered my experience with this company has been nothing like the reviews. Happy to share the photos I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience as me . Happy to include photos but it won’t allow

Terrible . Nothing like the photos . The reviews on their web site are obviously fake . Do not spend money on this site ! You can not return as they come from China and go completely quiet and don’t answer emails . It’s a scam .

Item incorrectly sized and the material was nothing like the heavy cotton in the image. I have emailed them twice on the returns policy and nothing back at all. appears to be a scam company with lovely stock images and then cheap alternatives being delivered. avoid avoid

This is a complete scam the item I received was nothing like the item offered and ordered. The material, style and size were so wrong. It took 2 weeks to get here then umpteen emails back and forward they offered me 20 % refund which I refused but now its too late to return after they said it would cost me a lot of money to return. Now they have gone completely quiet and no refund. Please don't use this firm it should be shut down.

IF you are considering purchasing a woman’s garment from. Then STOP and save your money & your time !!
This company is a total scam. The garment takes 6-8 weeks. Does NOT match the photos the models are wearing. The fabric is appalling & basically the cheapest fabric and manufacturing possible. They offer 10% 15% & 20% refund to wear you down. Only answer after midnight because they are in CHINA.
They eventually give you a returns address with a very threatening message of how difficult once you pay the return cost
the likelihood of them receiving it is very sketchy.
A FORCED upon you situation to fold & write off your money !!
CHAT GPT helped me & I have asked for a charge back with my credit card after following all proto calls with the merchant 🤞🏻 It is my best & safest route. PLEASE STEER CLEAR.
My son in law paid £490 (OUCH) for suede designer shoes from another company with a fabulous website. HOWEVER exactly the same process. ABSOLUTE CHEAP rubbish inferior quality shoes turned up & the same drama unfolddd to the tee!!
So beware online purchase not UK based and save your money.

Do NOT use this website!!!! Dreadful materials poor quality and sizing not correct. They are not returning my emails for return and refund!
