Jason has been incredibly helpful with his on going help.
He diagnosed the fault on our dishwasher over the phone & I sent make,model number and all the info he needed. He was able to order the necessary hose attachment and confirm the total cost to repair. Today informed me that part had arrived & later on I inadvertently pushed the start To my amazement it started. to work & complete the programme. I called Jason to let him know and told him I would settle for all his expenses so far. That was the least I could do. Jason would not agree & thanked me for letting him know. He was putting the hose into his stock for future use & I had nothing to pay. I was absolutely amazed at his business ethic and gave him my sincere thanks, I assured him I would return for future repairs. Thank you very much for truly helping an elderly couple. He is a genuine engineer of all white goods needing repair and would recommend his services. Thank you Jason.

Arrived on time to look at washer/dryer not tumble drying. A new part was installed for £95. After a few tumble dries, the same problem arose again, so I called ARDA again, thinking the repair would be covered by warranty. The dryer needed 'another new part' at £200 which wasn't worth the repair, so I was advised to buy a new separate dryer. With the dryer still not working with the same issue, I am now out of pocket £95. ARDA knows to say that there is a 'new fault' to get out of the first repair not working, and by taking bank transfers instead of card payments, the bank cannot support refund requests. There should be clear terms on the website to avoid this scenario with future customers, as this could put some people in a vulnerable position losing on on £95 and not having a working dryer. If your white goods break out of warranty, I suggest replacing them and not repairing as I will be next time.

Dishwasher stopped working, Bosch integrated slimline. Jason got it working in reasonable time, polite and left the area tidy. Would recommend as indeed the repair was affordable.

We recently had a problem with our Bosch oven leaking steam out when the oven door was closed. We had changed the seal but to no avail. After looking at repairs in the Nottingham area ARDA came up. I checked the reviews on here and Facebook which were both excellent …which gave me confidence to directly contact Jason on his website. , who got back to me super promptly ( even on a Sunday!).
He asked me a couple of questions…I sent him a video of my problem…& arranged a call out. Jason diagnosed that we needed new hinges. He ordered them & said it would be a few days & would return to replace them. He came back earlier than anticipated & fixed our oven. It is now working perfectly.
Jason was very pleasant & professional and did a top job at a reasonable price.
I would not hesitate in recommending him to my family & friends.

Very professional and helpful. Jason explained that he'd visit should the tips I was provided over the phone didn't fix the issue with the fridge freezer. It did fix the problem and a visit not required.

Absolutely fabulous service from Jason at Arda.

Suspecting that the issue with my washer/dryer was a bust motor, he popped over to double check.

Turns out it was a wire that had come loose, so he fixed it there and then.

Jason was quick to respond and completed the job quickly and fuss-free.

Would highly recommend and will 100% use him again.

Jason was great. He diagnosed the problem with our washing machine quickly and fixed it. He even said that the wheel pulley will need replacing in the future, but my partner could do that. He was so helpful and showed me where to buy it from. Such an honest person. I would definitely recommend.

The wire from my wife’s bra ripped the door seal in our washing machine too shreds called ARDA (Jason) great bloke replaced the seal made sure everything was ok before leaving.

We had a horrendous noise coming from the spinning part of our washing machine programme. Jason listened to a recording of it, having first thought might be ball-bearings, & possibly then a new machine. Jason came to investigate, almost immediately knew it wasn't bbs; after a test wash, he suspected loosened 'bricks' in the mechanism, which might or might not be cracked....they weren't cracked, but were very loose - and Jason fixed it. No more nasty noise, perfect! All for £45. Excellent all round. Thanks, Jason.

Jason replaced the door seal on my washing machine. Excellent service, prompt despite the bank holidays and a great value price. I highly recommend.
