i bought an aio from arctic via amazon . after about 2 years . the thumb nuts were ruined.
got in contact with them via email.
after 2 attempts to get the thumb nuts delivered .
i received them .
you cant buy the thumb nuts .?!
but they will send them for free .
will be nice. if i can buy them normally on the website . but i m happy that i received a pair . so i can continue to use the cooler

I emailed during the Christmas period about an issue with my AIO cooler and M.2 spacing, and even during that busy time, were able to get back to me within a reasonable time frame. I received the answer a bit late but the support was friendly and competent. They also acknowledged some issue with the viscosity of the thermal paste and provided a good quantity of replacement free of charge to my address.

great value, with no issues
they make great fans for a really low price, i bought one of their P12 PWM PST fans for 8 euro's, so good that i decided to buy 2 more after i realised that the 2 other fans my case came with were DC fans and they were loud. in short amazing product, amazing value, really quiet, and i will absolutely be using otther products in future builds like the Freezer 3 360 or 420 even

I had a problem with a fan, the seller told me that I must contact arctic, the fan was under sellers warranty but they didn’t want to help me, then I contact Arctic and I can just say that their support was amazing. Even that my problem wasn’t their job because of the sellers warranty period they sent me with fast shipping a replacement fan to do my job. Thank you Arctic I have one more reason now to love your products!
Purchased the Freezer III 420
Purchased the Freezer III 420, installation was clear and easy & the performance it provides especially for the price is amazing.
They generously provided a free m2 heatsink for my motherboard as the built in/included one would block the cooler, all dealt with & delivered very quickly, faultless service & will definitely be using them again in future.
