Another excellent german tech company

I bought their Liquid Freezer II 280 over 3 years ago, and the performance of mine was starting to fall off. The fix was to buy a service kit that replaced the cold plate and the gasket. The issue was I wasn't able to buy one in the UK, so when I enquired Arctic sent me one free of charge :-)

Terrible customer support and logistics

Terrible customer support for the most part, they messed up my address and had to send a new unit, besides that they wanted me to send the cooler back just because of a screw and in the end it still took easily another week because of the bad address that they sent to the shipping.

4.8 rating is insanely optimistic for the at-best mediocre experience that I had. The performance of the coolers is good (when they actually work or are mountable), but the service is generally abyssmal with the customer service employees arguing with me being unbelievably rude until some department chief stepped in and then he messed up my address.

Atleast he wasn't rude ig, but I am in a position where I find it ridiculous that this shop has 4.8 rating. No way, just no way. I observed this type of behavior with most european brands, extremely rude, entitled and worthless employees that do not even know how to remotely fix a situation.

The price of their coolers is up +30% from what it was, so the product itself got more expensive while they have no reliability. This fully represents the state of European-german manufacturing and business. I suggest you don't bother.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely regret that there was initially an issue with the delivery caused by an address transfer error on our side, and we apologize once again for this mistake.

That said, we are disappointed that our many efforts to resolve the situation were not reflected in your review. Our support team made several attempts to find a fair and satisfactory solution with you, including goodwill offers and providing a prepaid return label at our expense. Unfortunately, all proposed solutions were declined.

In addition, although we were under no legal obligation to do so, we still arranged and shipped a complete replacement product to you purely as a gesture of goodwill. This was done voluntarily and outside the scope of statutory warranty requirements in an effort to resolve the matter as smoothly and customer-oriented as possible.

We would also like to clarify that the issue did not concern a standard screw, but a specific component that can only be replaced using specialized tools and according to technical requirements. For this reason, we were unable to simply send out a replacement part without following the proper process.

Throughout the entire process, we acted in accordance with all applicable legal obligations while also trying to accommodate you beyond that wherever possible.

Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service and internal processes.

Best of the best

I have used Arctic products since 2008. I used them for silent, performance and cost. Now was first time when I needed help and Customer Service shined. They respond immediatley and fix the issue in warranty with no cost. The issue was created by my mistake so they weren't forced to help. These days is almost impossible to find a comapny that cares about customers after they sell the products, but ARCTIC is the light in this darkness.
Besides this, their products have best price/perf ratio.

Awesome product, great service

Awesome product, and great support team! The Arctic Freezer III 420 works great on my machine, keeping the CPU very cool (42 degrees when idle). I accidentally damaged a part during installation and the customer service team was very helpful, sending me a replacement part very quickly.

Outstanding customer support and top-notch products!

I recently had an issue with some missing spacers for my Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO. I contacted their support team and the experience was flawless. They were professional, quick to respond, and sent the replacement parts immediately. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products and cares so much about its customers even years after the purchase. Great cooling performance and even better after-sales service. Highly recommended!

Top-Quality Products and Exceptional Customer Care

I had an excellent experience with Arctic’s customer service, especially thanks to Frederik. I reached out with a specific request, and he went above and beyond my expectations by kindly sending me special screws that are not even available for sale — completely free of charge.

Frederik was quick to respond, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was his generosity and willingness to assist, even with something that wasn’t a standard request.

It’s rare to find such dedicated and customer-focused support nowadays. I truly appreciate his effort and outstanding service, and I would highly recommend Arctic to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

Arctic Customer Service is 2nd to None

I had issues with my arctic fans twice over two years, and both times I was met with the most helpful customer service team I think I have ever encountered. They stand by their products, and will do right when their product doesn't live up to their own high standards. They have secured me as a customer who will look to their products whenever I am in need, and I can't recommend them enough. Thanks to Andre and Lucas the first time around, and Simon the second time around.

I recently ran into an issue trying to source an LGA 1200 bracket for my ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 240mm. After searching everywhere online with no luck, I reached out to ARCTIC’s customer service.
I was put in touch with Tim(Braunschweig), who was incredibly responsive. Not only did he address my concerns quickly, but he also arranged to send me the necessary bracket completely free of charge. In an era where "hidden costs" are the norm, this level of service is rare and highly appreciated. Huge thanks to Tim and the ARCTIC team for keeping my build on track!

I purchased a Arctic Summair Plus over…

I purchased a Arctic Summair Plus over 2 years ago, it was good however after repeated use the hinge wore down and eventually snapped.

I contacted Arctic to test their 6 warranty claims, true to Arctics reputation they not only replaced the item expediently, with no cost to myself, but without any objections or hassles.

I didn't even have to return the faulty unit which is a rarity for warranty claims, this kind of customer service is the only thing that should encourage brand loyalty in my opinion and is certainly why I will continue to consider Arctic over their competitors.

Great customer support expirience, very fast response.

I have recently purchased a AIO cooler, by mistake my cooler was not compatible with the cpu socket I have, the mounting bracket was no longer available on the site, so I decided to write to the support. It was a great experience in general, the response was back in a single day, with a solution, and at the end I have a mounting kit on the way in TWO days for a unsupported CPU socket. Could not recommend it enough, on top of the price/value ratio seems to be one finest on the market so far.
