Inconsistent Unprofessional Work
I recently ordered posters and flyers from your company, but I am extremely disappointed with both the quality and the execution. The cutting is inconsistent, and the A5 flyers in particular do not match the correct measurements. The visible white edges, which should have been trimmed, are glaringly unprofessional—worse than what one might expect from a roadside vendor.
Because of this, I now have to find someone else to rectify your mistakes, which is both inconvenient and costly.
Moreover, there appears to be a serious lack of operational consistency. It seems there's a 50-50 chance of receiving products that meet basic standards, and your organization does not appear to follow any clear policy—an alarming concern for any potential business partner.
Your customer support has been far from "exceptional" as claimed. It's unclear who is available and when, shipping details are not provided despite multiple requests, and communication via email and messaging is poor at best.
I paid for these poster add-on options specifically to assess the paper quality. I have faced some problems every time, but had these been commercial orders, your company would likely be facing an Unfair Trade Practice complaint under Consumer Rights Protection laws.
While your pricing is aggressive and competitive, your service ethics, quality control, and communication standards fall far below acceptable levels. This makes your business unsuitable for long-term B2B partnerships, especially bulk orders.
