Teleurstellende kwaliteit en service

Meerdere merinowollen dekens van Hazel & George, het in-house merk van The Archive Store, aangeschaft. Na de eerste wasbeurt, uitgevoerd volgens de instructies op het label, zijn de dekens volledig vervormd en onbruikbaar geworden. Het product blijkt niet bestand tegen de eigen aangegeven wasinstructies.

Bij contact met de klantenservice werd een minimale korting op een volgende aankoop aangeboden, maar mijn verzoek om een vervanging of terugbetaling werd genegeerd. Uiteindelijk werd er helemaal niet meer gereageerd.

Voor een merk met premium prijzen en een winkel zoals The Archive Store verwacht je een hogere productkwaliteit en betere klantenservice. Een zeer teleurstellende ervaring.
