Very high quality braces

The shutter and shutter hardware products are great quality. The service support team were knowledgeable and great to deal with.

My order came in two shipments. My order was shipped on time.

The faux brick outside corner panels that I ordered and received are exactly what I need to finish an exterior wall of my house.

I hate to mention this but there was some damage where a few of the brick were broke off on both of the panels during shipping. I can bond them back in place while installing them on the house so it is not a big deal for me. I would suggest putting air pillows or a paper padding between the two corner panels so they do not move so much during handling by the shipper.

Good day, I purchased over $1000.00 of trim in January for a home remodel job. The trim samples matched my old house trim very well. When I open the box of window trim, a few months later, as my project was when I could work on it, the pieces were so warped that over 70% of the trim were unusable. After many emails and calls I was basically told I waited to long. I find this unacceptable since it was kept in shipped box in controlled environment. I reported the company to the BBB and Architectural Depot did not even respond to them. I came to find out they do not belong to the BBB and have responded to 9 out of the 31 complaints.

We are in the middle of a whole house exterior revamp, new siding and lighting and shutters. I was happy to find these composite shutters to replace original wood ones, and even happier to be able to get the turmeric color without having to have them repainted. Seven pairs of shutters later and I can say without any hesitation every single pair arrived with dents at the top, the sides, and/or an absolutely awful paintjob. We will have to have at least half of them painted, adding to an already high cost to be honest. We "bit the bullet" so to speak ordering these pricey shutters thinking it would be nice to have them arrive and *poof* up they could go. No such luck. As it is now, we will have to have at least have of them painted first as stated and decide to live with damage to most every single one. We got replacements on a few that were unusable, but after all that we still have damaged ones as even the replacements arrived damaged.

One two separate orders I made sure to reorder in plenty of time after noticing damage, but noted we had to be out of town for two weeks and gave them the dates. Please ship after xx date. I even called back to verify after an email I received gave a hint that the information had not been properly recorded. Two calls and guess what---neither order was held and boxes sat on our front porch for over a week.

I have two main areas of focus when dealing with any business, communication/customer service and attention to detail. While everyone I dealt with on the phone regarding damage was helpful and kind, I realize they can only do what they can do. They are not in charge of any of the gripes I have. The fact that I called in twice to makes sure there was a note regarding shipping dates, and it was completely ignored, no excuse for that. The attention to detail is abysmal. From taking note of the shipping or hold information, to packaging things so they don't get damaged, or actually applying paint properly--fail on all accounts.

I am self-employed and pack and ship every single day. I also interact with customers every single day. I cannot imagine I would stay in business very long if I handled anything even remotely like this company. Very disappointed is an understatement. Enjoy my money, it will be the last you receive.
