I love the comfort and flexible but highly supportive arch support of these slides! As a new mom, my feet are still experiencing a lot of laxity and instability. I've tried a number of different slides and inserts to try to find something that's comfortable and supportive, and these Archies are far and away the most comfortable, supportive pair of shoes I've found! The arch support is broad and smooth and flexible, so it doesn't create any hotspots - which is a problem I've had with arch support before and is a big reason that I transitioned to barefoot shoes over 10 years ago. However, while I know I'll be back in my barefoot shoes soon, I needed a great shoe to bridge the gap from my baby body back into my athletic body, and this has been a great purchase!

I absolutely love Archies! I’ve now made seven different purchases for myself as well as for family members, so I think it’s safe to say I’m a fan! The colors are awesome, there are so many great choices, and they are seriously SO comfortable.

What really stands out, though, is the customer service. It’s outstanding! Returns and exchanges are incredibly easy, communication is phenomenal, and they genuinely seem to care about making sure their customers are happy. After seven different purchases, I’ve consistently had a great experience. Great product, great company, and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be buying more!

I ordered the sliders and received the flip flops. I contacted them via the Chat bot on the website and provided photos of the flip flops and the bar code as requested. I was then contacted by Paul, who said they couldn't find a record of my order. I provided the order number (as requested) still no joy. Emails went back and forth with me providing delivery address and photos (again) and now radio silence for 10 days. I no longer want a replacement. I just want a refund and a returns qr code to return the (wrong) shoes. They normally charge £10 for returns which I feel is both ridiculous as is a 1/4 of the shoe price and unfair as they haven't fulfilled the order correctly.

Love love love all 8 of my Archies. Can you guys do a Kelley green-ish color so I can make that 9 pairs?!? Great support and easy to clean.

The shoes hurt my feet as soon as I put them on. But that is not the reason I am giving two stars. The return process has been horrible. I used the link provided however a return label did not generate and a message that the shoes were already returned which is not true. I have sent numerous emails and am not getting information on what I can do to make the return happen. A CSR named Ken asked for specific information which I sent and instead of a reply from Ken I received more instructions on the refund process and the same link that was first provided. This has been a nightmare.

I absolutely love these flip flops. I have a navy pair and a royal blue pair. I am just very impatient for the coral red to come back into stock. Oh and the mint colour look fab too!! Best flip flops I’ve ever had.

I bought 2 pairs of Archie's, I was delighted with my purchase, but I snapped the strap of one pair, I emailed customer service and straight the said no problem, send them back for a free replacement, no questions or qibbles. They help me with the returns and sent the new pair once I sent a picture of my return ready for postage. Absolutely brilliant to deal with and would no doubt purchase again for my next holiday. And most of all my Archie's are so lovely and comfy to wear and I'm sure I will get years out of them. Thank you Archies. Tracey

Archie’s have become my go to! Bought the black to test out, tan came soon after now just order the royal blues! Here in NC we wear flip flops most of the year and I need ones with a good arch these have not worn down with daily wear! Not sure how but a wrong mailing address for me was put in, when I contacted customer service they answered right away and got a new pair on its way to me before the others got back to them. They followed up with me as soon as the reship was on its way!

This company is all about costumer service. I wanted to try a non- toxic alternative to slides, so Archies fit the bill. However, they were too tight across the top of my foot. They made the return process so easy. Thanks Paul!

I had concerns about my order. Once I send an email I very quickly received a response and within 30 minutes I had my solutions. Very helpful and very quick.

Had an issue with sizing but the customer service was amazing! Super fast and friendly and most importantly super professional! And the products are great! Super comfy! I struggle with regular flip flops as they don’t offer any support but these ones are a game changer!

I had a great experience with customer service. I ordered the wrong size by mistake, requested a return (easy peasy), got the new order and they sent the wrong color. I reached out and had a solution the same day. I now have 2 pair of slides and 4 pair of flip flops. I love every pair. I can wear them all day and my feet and hips don't bother me.

I first noticed my SIL's flip-flops because they looked so nice, even classy. Classy flip-flops? Who knew that was a thing? But such nice lines and great colour (hers were coral). She introduced me to Archies. My feet give me a lot of problems (I'm over 60) and I haven't been able to wear flat or cheap shoes for years. I tried them, loved them, and have been wearing them ever since. They are comfortable, nice looking, and easy to clean (bit of a scrub with some dish soap). They are costly, but I've worn them extensively (4 years for my first pair) and they still look and feel great. So price-per-wearing is well worth it.
I gave my DIL sliders and they are now her go-to shoes.
Highly recommend - I know of nothing else like them.

Archie's flip flops were recommended to me by my sister who swears by them. She was right, they're great. They are well contoured on the sole and the arch support is comfortable. The best part is that the thongs fit in a snug way so you don't curl your toes as you walk to keep them on.

Since I walk on the flip flops and this is no joke i realy have no pain om my foots.
I walk the jole day on them and its for me unbelievebel and i am so happy because i had a broken foot always pain now not.

Delivery was quick and painless.

I bought my Archies Flip Flops late last summer and didn't really get to use them. But this summer I've used them a lot. They are the best Flip Flops I've ever had and I thought they would last forever, since it said they wouldn't open like traditional ones because they are wrapped together. But they didn't. I was walking in the city and came across a cobblestone that was a little too high. Whoops, the toe strap snapped. It's not as described. It shouldn't happen. And funnily enough, I've just ordered two new pairs that are on their way to me because I'm so happy with them. Now I don't know if I can be sure if they'll last. I've had plenty of cheap versions of them without any problems. Even some for just €2 that I used to climb Montségur, France in them. Can Archies handle it? I doubt.
