I was also simply robbed after a few weeks
  the seller has disabled the site and the phone gives nothing, THIEVES !!!!!!!!!
They are just scammers just to steal DON'T BUY ANYTHING !!!!!!!!!!!
(ROBIN V) 's previous opinion must be someone who is part of the ARCHGLOB company. which is simply a scam.
How can we communicate with them simply do not have the active site.
I can't believe they ship any product because the site died.

Looks like I was one of the lucky ones. Ordered 2 electric scooters beginning of October. Chased several times during October to be told bulk items take longer to ship out ('longer' being an indeterminate time it appears). Emailed to say I wanted a refund and would inform CC company. Next day my order status changed to 'processing' then, after yet another chaser email, I received courier details and, a week later, the goods themselves. Far from smooth. Not good enough customer interaction on an order of that magnitude (>£500). Looks like they've gone pop now too.

I've basically been robbed form this company for £650 do not buy from this page

I was scammed by this website. I already sent to fraud section of the credit card company. They told me their investigation can take several weeks and the amount will be credited to my credit card account after that. I also filed a complaint at the police for fraud.

Please share your experiences.

JUST BEEN SCAMMED

Bought a 50” Philips tv on 5th November and still no tv They did email me back saying it was being processed and would take a further 24/48 hours to finalise before reaching couriers. Then would take 5 working days. Tried to email back and the website is gone no phone line either. I don’t know how these people can sleep at night knowing they are robbing ordinary people that are actually struggling. Put in a dispute with bank but don’t know if I will get anything back. What a joke. TRACK THEM DOWN and take it all back

Bought tv 8th november. Never been delivered and website, email and phone are all down now so no way of contacting them. Luckily it was a debit card payment and Halifax refunded me the money and lodged a dispute claim. I doubt they will get far as all information is probably fake. STAY CLEAR THEY ARE SCAMMERS

When I checked reviews when I bought tv the reviews were good. Makes you wonder if they planted the good reviews....

how are we gonna get our money back we need to sue them (who's with me) we need to find out what there IP adress is

SCAM WEBSITE TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR EMAILS - HAVE REPORTED THIS WEBSITE .
