I can't access my account. And they keep charging me and not answering.

To access my account, I need to write my email, and then they send me a temporary link. The link never arrives. They charged me in the meantime. I wrote them via email and instagram but they are ignoring me.

Bad, constantly had problems with this software.

NOT trustworthy, Customer service doesn’t help a bit. And overall bad software.

This tool is amazing, and their support is just as amazing. I got the best support from Nilo. I already used the tool to generate winning ads that look so realistic and have a really high quality for my product, which is key for my type of product because it is very visual. So I will just say, "Take my money," and you will not regret it!

For German content REALLY bad. I cancelled. They have still withdrawn another month. The American Express employee told me, they could not do anything - I need to get a lawyer as they have no idea about terms of the arcads contract.
So the product is not worth it (very bad pronunciation) and they withdraw money even though cancelled.

Product achieved us a 3-5x on creative via meta

I planned out all of my ad copy and scripts and they randomly just DOUBLED their price. I had to shave off 50% of all my my ads. Then when you get into it you find that if you don't choose HD Audio-Driven mode, it just looks fake and crappy. Those modes cost MORE CREDITS.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE ARE YOU? YOU JUST HAVE NONE AT ALL? So when my video has 7 fingers and I need a refund on credits you just don't exist to help customers huh?

Don't waste your damn time. They must be paying all of these insta creators a bunch of damn cash to be promting their garbage ass platform because this is the worst AI platform i've ever used...
- Chat Support and emails are non existent. I've never gotten a response back from them.
- Every time i try to create an AI avatar the site crashes then ends up in a constant loading loop.
- Each video generation of like 5 seconds takes over 45 minutes to fricken finish.
- Literally the most expensive and shittiest platform to use.

Just use Higgsfield.

HORRIBLE COMPANY- they keep billing me and ignoring my emails. Their platform is impossible to use. They don’t honor their money back guarantee and keep charging me over and over. DO NOT USE!!

I have sent three emails to them and they’ve not bothered to respond to any of them.

They state on their website that they will refund you but then they ignore emails requesting those refunds. I am not the only person all you have to do is take a look at their social media.

worst company ever. paid for credits, it took £204 from my card, then asked me to pay more when i tried to generate the video

Arcads is an amazing platform to use for creating content I shall be back again & the worker is amazing that helped me

Paid 70€ to create a vew videos because they made it easy to generate a video with missing elements. Live chat is a waste because i am waiting for multiple days

Every Video i have tried has Lipsync issues. I have tried to ask for assistance with promises that someone will get back to me but nothing as yet. I have been now waiting for 5 days

I like using Arcads for theNano Banana images, but the video quality is terrible, which was the main reason I signed up. Sora 2 Pro, regardless of the prompts and reference images I give, totally hallucinates and creates what it wants. I have tried using the prompt builder feature and that resulted in an even worse video. Honestly, it would be quicker for me just to make the video myself then trying to use this. Unfortunately, I will be canceling my subscription, bc it's been a total time waster.

Joined to create video ads using seedance 2.0. Very poor output, does know follow the prompt. Wasted all my credits without one single video ad I was happy with. $340 gone in a day. Do not use!

Absolutely horrible customer service.
I signed up a few days ago thinking I’d give this platform a fair chance. Right from the start, I ran into issues with their AI prompting. During onboarding, it asked me to explain what I was looking for, which I did—but it generated two completely different prompts in the workflow. When I created the videos, it resulted in two different actors, which was not what I wanted.
I reached out to customer support multiple times and didn’t hear anything back. I even tried troubleshooting on my own and asking their AI for help, thinking maybe I was doing something wrong. I attempted different approaches, but nothing worked—and I ended up using all my credits just trying to get one usable video.

It wasn’t until the 6th day, after sending multiple emails and messages, that I finally received a response. I politely asked for some credits back so I could try again, or alternatively a full refund. Both were denied because the credits had already been used. They did offer suggestions to fix the issue—but without any credits left, that’s not helpful.
To make matters worse, they suggested upgrading to a Pro plan for better support and onboarding. At that point, I had to ask myself—why would I spend more money when this has been my experience so far?
Be aware before using this platform. I am currently in the process of contacting my bank, as I don’t feel I received the service I paid for.

I signed up for a $154/month plan with high expectations and took the time to write an extremely detailed prompt, even refining it with ChatGPT before using it.

Right away, I ran into issues. Videos default to about 20 seconds and just abruptly cut off. If you want a complete video, you’re forced to spend additional credits to extend it. But when you do, the transition is almost always unnatural. The extended portion often has noticeable audio and video problems.

And then, to fix those issues? More credits. You have to remix and re-render, again and again.

Even more frustrating, the platform doesn’t reliably follow prompts. I explicitly requested no logos, yet logos were added anyway. Tone shifts randomly, despite clear instructions. It feels inconsistent and unpredictable, no matter how precise you are.

In the end, I burned through 19,000 credits and didn’t get a usable result.

Save your money, and your sanity, and stay away.
