Item was perfect seriously get ya self one

After purchasing the time crisis deluxe bundle I was excited for it to arrive, and upon opening the box i was informed by the instructions that you need to stand a certain distance away from your television depending on the size of you television. After set up the product looked great and preformed well, i had an issue with the sights in the guns which i contacted and a replacement was sent out promptly, i still encounter the same problem with the second unit sent out and have been waiting over two weeks for a return confirmation. Would not buy again as I found important information was with held during advertising.

Ordered an Arcade 1-up cabinet through Beta Brands on the Bunnings website. After the item had not been sent in the time frame specified, I contacted Beta Brands and got the generic "our supplier is shipping it and we will let you know the tracking number shortly". It has now been almost two weeks, they are no longer responding to me, and have not since the first reply. I have asked Bunnings to contact them, and they have ignored them as well. They are refusing to refund the money or ship the item through purely ignoring both Myself and Bunnings. They have been reported to the OFT for investigation into their practices.

Quick delivery and very happy with how the arcade machines turned out

Received a faulty product, no help with refund or replacement, been a few weeks now, not looking good.

The infinity table failed in the first two months. Contacted support who asked for video which was supplied then nothing despite attempts to follow up. Buyer beware. Anything goes wrong and they ignore you.

As with many other customers I am too having issues with my package. I purchased my $1,360 machine on the 10th of November and took almost a week to provide a tracking number after sending several emails, its has also failed to be put into transit for shipment TWICE by the warehouse team and I have had to chase up my order with very little luck. Extremely unsatisfied and will be making a full detailed review on my youtube channel

Bad communication, no eta. No response from emails

I contacted the customer service team as I had some issues that I needed to resolve with the device. The team responded extremely fast between emails , were so kind and understanding and resolved the issue within a very timely manner. I was honestly blown away, really really impressed and can’t wait to continue using the BEST baby monitor on the market. If you’re looking for a great monitor look no further, I loveee my lollipop device and rest assured if by the slim chance you run into issues , their team will assist you with ease! Highly recommend

Birdbike is the company I bought my electrical bike from. The bike seems to be OK, as good as the description and the money I have paid. On the other hand I have had rather unpleasant experience with the castomer service. I have been handed to James, allegaly a Beta-Brand general manager? He has been an arogant, patronizing gay who made me feel I'm trying to scam the company to gain money from. All because I claimed a faulty tube in rere wheel. I let it fix in bikeshop and never got any apology, or even refund for this action. Instead I have been blamed for the damage.
Well, what a pity, that such person is in castemer service. Perhaps would better suit for some slouhterhouse commity.
Ps: I should feel lucky he is not my general manager.

ArcadeGamer posted my item in just a flimsy padded bag, which had the result of my items packaging being crushed on one side. Luckily the item itself has been ok so far. I don't understand why they didn't post it in a box. Putting it in a padded bag is amateur stuff that I wouldn't expect from a business that sends customers their orders.

Update. I now believe it was not BETA BRANDS fault as the delivery companies tracking has it going around in circles. I have called them they say can’t give me a date until the morning of delivery.
I would like to recommend Beta Brands stops using Hunter Express for delivery.

Ordered $1400 game 3 weeks ago and it has never arrived. Being told it had left warehouse but delivery company said it has never been picked up. Finding it very hard to get answers. Currently I would give a zero if that was an option.

Terrible communication, very disappointed in product and delivery time was 3 weeks when advertised to be 1 week.
