This is great for anyone who doesn't have a local arcade near them! Even though the selection of games is limited, it's enough to keep you playing and entertained. I also love the fact that everything is well maintained and updated, so you keep going back to check for new games and prizes. Been a user for almost 3 years and I don't regret signing up at all!

After having used AO for over a year now and regularly redeeming prizes with no issues, I can confidently say that they are running a legitimate service. Customer support is top tier and is always willing to help and make sure that you're taken care of.

This is litteraly like D&B, but 100x better. There are plenty of games to choose inside AO, and they all are being maintained very well by the staff. Pricing of games is very reasonable, (around $0.50 per play) and the prizes you can choose in here is endless. Not only you can get physical prizes, but you can also get gift cards of your own choice, which AO owns around 200+ in the US. 100% would play AO again. Waiting for a discount voucher rn ;)

I came across Arcade Online last year and as I don't live near an arcade I was so excited to give this a go. I was a little sceptical at first as I wasn't sure that I would receive my prize once I redeemed the tickets I won, but a minuet after redeeming my tickets, I got an email with my gift card. I've been playing ever since! It's true that it cost money to play here but I believe you are also paying for the entertainment you get by paying their games. They also have promotions and discounted tokens bundles so you don't always have to pay full price for tokens. My favourite event has to be the Advent Calendars, I got them last year and I'm getting them this year too, you get a lot for your money. I think I have only ever had a game malfunction on me a couple of times but I got my tokens refunded easily. :)

The price of tokens is astronomical in relation to the amount of tickets required for even incredibly cheap prizes. For example: I got 30 tokens to start as a one-time welcome. 35 tokens is $8 for reference. With that 30 tokens I earned roughly 500 tickets. A $5 Amazon gift card is over 5,000 tickets. So at that rate you would have to spend $80 to afford a $5 gift certificate. The games also are all just "drop the ball" or "drop the claw" games so they arent necessarily even fun arcade games.

Reply from Arcade Online
Whilst the games are fun and responsive the cost of the tokens is far too high to make me want to play.
It costs more than actually going to an arcade so it's basically pointless.
I get you have to make money but the machines rarely have anyone playing them so it's not just myself who feels this way.
If you reduced the cost of tokens and upped the redemption cost of the prizes you'd at least manage to build a community of players.
As it stands you're doomed to failure unless this changes.

I signed up on Arcade Online, but later decided I wanted to delete my account. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any clear option in the profile settings to remove my account or personal data. The site doesn’t provide an easy way to manage your own information, and it’s frustrating.
I had to search for contact details and write an email request just to ask for my account to be deleted. A platform that respects its users should make this process transparent and straightforward, not hidden.
Overall, my experience was disappointing. If you value privacy and control over your data, I cannot recommend this site.

SCAM WARNING ⚠️
If you win a large amount of ticket on a game they will say there is an error with a game and refuse to payout. Has happened more then once now

To be truely honest I've been with Arcade Online for over a year now at first I didn't play much as I wasn't familiar with the concept of the games etc but I've been playing recently and I've been having a blast its fun but it's not easy to afford to play all the time

Nice staff!
They gave me extra tokens after they fixed the machine as an apology for the troubles.

Really like the concept. Unfortunately lag/delays and glitches are an issue at times, with other times it working smoothly and being enjoyable. Other than that it is a bit expensive as other is have said with a token being valued at £0.15-20 roughly - I'd expect it to keep more towards £0.15 max at the lower ends and being cheaper with bundles... It would help machines stay more active and actually build a community through which would only benefit the company - I can see this has been thought about a bit with social and clipping aspect to the site. It has great potential - just maybe something should be implemented to pause your play while ping or packet loss is an issue so issues don't arise like not playing multiple drops on multiple clicks or freezing up, to which it then credits 15x from the taps on your screen from trying to get some answer to which nothing is happening.
If lowering cost affects the tickets value and margins on products in the shop, the ticket values can be adjusted.
I know it may be counter intuitive to not have smaller value items available for redemption as costs with shipping and stock can be complex but I wouldn't doubt amazon stock is already used or if not it should be to allow for a wider range of items to be redeemed for values. Amazon should have API which won't show out of stock items or could work with the on site store with surge pricing the tickets to cover an increase in cost on amazon.
Lots of potential but you're going to need to keep the machines busy to be able to continue growth... you've got the basics all down just some technicalities now and expanding on the market.
If you happen to want any more insight let me know ;)

Being that this is an online arcade, there is going to be technical errors. I’ve experienced a few and contacted customer support a few different times. Every single time they have been very pleasant and taken care of the problem immediately. I would even go as far to say that they are generous in their resolutions. Absolutely unmatched customer service!

So much fun. So many fun games to pick from and takes no time to claim a prize and it's instant! And customer service is amazing, they respond fast.

Not having a modern arcade around me totally sucks but Arcade Online fills the need to travel out of province, lol. Customer service is unreal. They are so fast to refund you if a game errors out and fast to reply to you if you have an issue and they always fix it on the first reply. I love it.

I appreciated the prizes are legit i do recommend but games seems fun enjoying but i don't spend or buy anything anymore cause of the events since it makes it impossible to do since you get same people wins a lot more frequently plus its harder on leaderboards I wouldn't recommend playing on arcade.online at all that much since you can't get more coins even promo might help little but there's always disadvantage with certain leaderboards that make even sharing referrals may help to get extra coins but usually mostly likely your gonna least received below 500 tickets any type of game you play to get level but xp is just disgrace and leaderboards are also disgraced even the tasks are impossible to get done even the re-rolls do not help at all even trying to level up are impossible even purchasing tokens bundles aren't enough

I'm used to in person arcades like Dave and Busters, so playing online to a slight adjustment. However, there's several games available here to play that i haven't played in real life, so that's exciting. Like any arcade, there's definitely a risk to reward ratio. It helps to practice at the games to learn the timing. But you can definitely win some big jackpots! I've been playing for a couple weeks and have already redeemed tickets for a Switch game and an air fryer. Very fun, and love the bundles that include daily tokens so when you need a break from work or whatever, you've got some tokens to use for a few plays.

i recently submitted a request to support about a few daily log in tokens from a package i purchased.
well i was sick so turns out there was a couple days i missed logging in to claim said daily tokens totaling to 4 tokens.
i made a request for those tokens and not only did they give me a one time allocation of missed coins but the wished me the best of health!
undeniably the best customer support i've dealt with in a long time. for sure they aren't just people reading to you out of a binder of generic troubleshooting options

In the beginning, everyone was fine and good. I was sent the wrong item a few items but they shipped the right item in no time. But when I spent almost 600k on a PS5, it all went bad. First, when I opened the package, the PS5 box was open and damaged. I didn’t think too much of it because I was excited, but then when I hooked it up and everything. I was met with a weird message on my TV screen from PlayStation. I chatted with PlayStation customer service. Turns out the PS5 was reported stolen, and they want me to send it to them so they can return it. I instantly contacted Arcade online, and they gave me the runaround for a whole month, saying they were trying to get in contact with the supplier. I was also in contact with PlayStation, and they still want me to return it back to them, and if I don’t, they will contact my local police department. I told Arcade Online this multiple times, and they didn’t care. Arcade online sent me a label to ship it back to where they got it from, but it was prepaid, and they wanted me to pay for shipping. This whole experiment changed my thoughts about arcade online, and they lost a long-time customer.
*****UPDATE*****
After 7 weeks(give or take) of talking to customer service my issue was resolved but it took away to long even when the “manger/supervisor) was talking to me. I’m just glad to have the problem resolved and I did compensate with a full refund of tickets I spent for the prize and 10% additional tickets and a coupon.

Real arcade games, easy to use with real prizes. Free tokens each day! I've played other games like clawee and toreba and this game beats those hands down! Top notch customer service too, they solved my issue super fast and I was back to playing.
