Waiting a delivery in the morning it is midday and I am still waiting for your delivery to arrive. Not a single message to say when it will! Sent email and an automatic message say someone will answer in a couple of day.
I purchased numerous cakes from the stall in Crystal Palace Park last Sunday, but 2 were stale. We immediately returned them and asked for a refund that we never received! I wrote to the company and am disgusted by their reply. Ian Chambers
Vision Realisation Owl has questioned my integrity saying that no one else complained. Their staff member agreed that the 2 we returned were rock hard and apologised offering us a refund that never came!! When the cakes are fresh they’re great but hard luck if they’re not. Ian offered me 20% from their website which I don’t and won’t order from. All I wanted was a refund. Was that too much to ask? I won’t buy from them ever again. Terrible customer service!
