I have had nothing but issues working with this company. They keep price jumping daily. My mom is going through chemo so we were unable to go on April 2nd so we have 4 tickets only using 2, $5000 has already been paid now they want me to pay an additional $2600 per person. I have found cheaper business class international for much less. They scam the client for that money.

Unfortunately, I had to change my review from five stars—which the booking team genuinely earned—to one star. If zero stars were an option, that would be a more accurate reflection of my experience.
I experienced a family medical emergency and promptly contacted the company to cancel my trip. Despite doing so, the trip was never actually canceled. Instead, I received multiple customer service emails referencing a “ticket” that had supposedly been opened, with no explanation of what that meant or why it existed. I had no way of knowing who opened it or what it was related to.
As my travel date approached, I continued receiving automated reminders about my upcoming trip. Concerned, I reached out through chat support and was told to ignore the notifications because they were automated. I followed that guidance. However, the day after my scheduled flight departed, I was informed that my trip had never been canceled.
To make matters worse, I then learned that the “Travel Protection” package I purchased is not actually insurance—even though the description suggests it provides support in situations involving illness or injury. I was ultimately told that because the trip was not canceled in advance (which I did attempt to do) and because I did not have “insurance” (which I believed I had purchased), I would receive no airline credits and would lose the entire amount.
As a result, I am out more than $1,600 while still dealing with a family medical emergency, all while receiving emails explaining why the situation is essentially my fault.
It’s extremely disappointing. The service is exceptional when you are making a purchase, but when you actually need assistance, the responsibility is shifted entirely onto the customer. A simple: regarding your need to cancel would have made an entire world of difference. Buyer beware.

(The above review was just in response to a small customer service issue. Overall, AranGrant provides often less expensive, concierge-type service in terms of making flight itineraries and reservations. My currrent trip has multiple legs both nationally in the US and internationally to New Zealand, Australia and Fiji, and AranGrant was able to create an itinerary in first adn business class across multiple airlines at teh flight times I wanted for way less than had I done it myself -- and it takes away the hassle of having to do it yourself. (Note that the trade off is that flights are often non-refundable should problems arise (I personally don't find travel insurance to be worth it given its restrictions), although credits might be available for later flights for a small cost.))
