I strongly do NOT recommend this place.

The crowns were fitted unevenly. After I reported the issue, they only corrected one side and left the rest as it was – still poorly done. On top of that, I was overcharged – I was billed for 28 crowns, even though we had clearly agreed beforehand on 24 + 2 additional crowns.

This shows a complete lack of professionalism and honesty. Instead of focusing on their work and the patient, the doctors seem more interested in flirting with the assistants. The final result is unacceptable, and the overall attitude towards the client is disgraceful.

Avoid this place – unprofessional and dishonest.

My experience with this company Arak Clinic has been excellent from the time I set foot in Turkey(Istanbul).Bella,patient coordinator, made sure I feel safe and assured me and taken cared of while in the country.I contacted Arak to get dental service which was to replace my old crowns and place abutment /crowns on my 6 implants.Dr Salman and the rest of the staff in the clinic were amazing,now my smile is complete and I have the most amazing ,natural looking smile.I cant thank you all enough.I love my new smile.

After over a year of intense research, sifting through more than 100 clinics, I finally found Arak Clinic, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. My goal was ambitious: 28 crowns and a hair transplant, all within a single week. The results have been nothing short of wonderful, and the entire experience was incredibly pleasant.
My journey began with Ms. Bella, my point of contact at Arak Clinic. She is a truly wonderful woman and an absolute lifesaver. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my trip twice over the past year, but Bella was consistently there for me. Her fast responses and well-informed assistance made rescheduling seamless.
Arrival and First Impressions
When the day finally arrived, my wife and I landed on Sunday. The airport pickup was incredibly smooth, thanks to Bella's thoughtful photos and videos guiding us precisely where to go. The hotel was immaculately clean with friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast, providing a perfect start to our medical journey.
Dental Transformation: Arak Clinic's Expertise
On Monday morning, a driver transported us to the dental clinic, which was strikingly modern and clean. There, we met Ms. Isra, another remarkable woman who served as our interpreter. Both Bella and Isra impressed us with their multilingual abilities (English, French, Arabic, Spanish), though the dentist also spoke excellent English.
My dental procedure, involving 28 crowns, began with X-rays and preparation, followed by the meticulous grinding of all my teeth. Despite the extensive work, which took about 5-6 hours, I was provided with temporary teeth that perfectly matched my old ones. Back at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the minimal pain and was able to eat and drink normally. We even had the entire next day free to enjoy ourselves!
Hair Transplant: Professional and Efficient
Wednesday was dedicated to my hair transplant at another well-maintained clinic. It was a pleasure to finally meet Bella in person; she was every bit as friendly and kind as I had imagined. The procedure itself took about 5 hours. While the initial anesthetic injections were quite painful, I felt nothing afterward.
Later that day, after my hair transplant, I returned to the dental clinic for a test fitting of my new teeth. The result was simply beautiful, and the fitting took only about an hour. On Thursday morning, I went back to the hair clinic for my head wash and bandage removal, and by 10 AM, we were free to explore the city,
The Grand Reveal and Beyond
Friday afternoon was the moment of truth: the final fitting of my brand-new teeth. I couldn't be happier! The teeth fit perfectly, and only minor adjustments were needed. The dentist's reassurance, stating that he was available if anything went wrong before my flight, was very comforting. I confidently told him I'd put them to the test that very night, as we had a ferry dinner booked.
And test them I did! From cold beer to hot tea, kebabs to biting into an apple, I experienced no pain or sensitivity whatsoever. My only adjustment was getting used to the slightly larger size of my new teeth (as my old ones were small from grinding), which took a couple of days to feel completely natural.
Conclusion
Our last day in Istanbul on Saturday was spent making the most of the city, and on Sunday morning, the driver seamlessly took us back to the airport.
Even five days later, I find myself constantly admiring my new smile in the mirror – it's beautiful, and I cannot be happier. The entire team at Arak Clinic is composed of wonderful, highly professional individuals.

Never use this place for hair transplants . They never followed any safety procedures with my heart condition making me very unwell . Went all the way there and the procedure had to be stopped during the procedure because my vitals were at bad numbers. They told me my heart condition and my medication was lost in translation and the doctor did not know even though I told them again in the consultation.

It was a wonderful experience with Arak clinic.Thank you so much Ms. Bella you guided me the best way and helped me making the best decision.i was very comfortable and everything was so professionally done. I definitely recommend her if you have to visit the clinic.

I want to thank Bella who did a great job of making me feel comfortable when I decided to get my implants she made all arrangements from drivers getting to my appointments and hotel arrangements as well as being there with Yasmin when speaking to drs of what needed to be done to get the implants and holding my hand when I was getting nervous The clinic is so modern and decorated everyone from the dentists to the technician they took the X-rays were very professional.will recommend to all of my friends great job

You made it happened to me and I am scared of dentist but you guys so good and I didn’t feel any pain at all. So proffesional and so good. I can’t thank you all enough for helping me and make me look beautiful smile with my teeth. I love them and I cannot wait to see you again soon in few months time and I have family and friends who are coming with me to do there teeth aswell. I am excited to see you guys soon.
