I needed help changing a policy, and Hazel Tynan talked me through the entire process. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood the details, and patiently listened even when I chose not to take her advice—which, as it turned out, she was right about!

I have a letter from my insurance company informing me that i needed to repay the full amount of my claim in order to reinstate my no claims bonus when I have no claims protection on my policy.
