Chris was great- he responded promptly and answered any questions, he was very helpful. The sofa is beautiful, such a reasonable price for the quality of the sofa.

From ordering samples to delivering and assembling the sofas everything was 10/10 and hassle free. Chris is super friendly and goes above and beyond to offer the best service possible. He invited us down to the showroom, which isnt even open yet, to make sure we were 100% confident with the sofa/style/colour etc. I would recommend to anyone as he is now helping me with another small sofa project. Very helpful and reliable company 🙂

Excellent service

I came across Arabella Designs on Insta. I ordered samples and Chris from day 1 was extremely helpful. Nothing is too much. I had spent many hours researching for my new sofas so had learnt a bit. However, Chris’ technical knowledge surpassed any of the sales reps I had met on my journey. I was nervous spending so much money on sofas I couldn’t sit on or feel, but his patience and understanding was unbelievable- he even invited me to the workshop.

As for my sofas… they arrived today. They are stunning. Beautifully designed, fabulous feel and quality. Absolutely stunning.

I have just taken delivery of my second sofa from Arabella Designs. After receiving my first sofa and being so happy with the whole experience and finished product, I asked Chris if he could design and make me something bespoke which would fit with the specific idea I wanted for our kitchen/family room.
Once again the service was fantastic, great communication during the full process and nothing was too much trouble. The finished sofa surpassed my expectations and is beautiful! I would not hesitate to recommend Arabella Designs to friends or family.

I normally Go for Loaf or John lewis sofas because of the comfort & quality. your sofas tick all my boxes. they just feel like they are very well made and comfortable. not cheap but worth the value.

Amazing quality and service

Great company to deal with, Chris was very communicative from start to finish, he kept us up to date with timeframes which were extremely fast! He was so helpful when we were deciding on measurements and material etc, gave us all the info to make the right decision and even made some suggestions as to what would work best, which was much appreciated! The quality is everything we would have hoped for and would 100% recommend using this business if you are looking for a luxury bespoke sofa!
