I ordered a suit in September, didn’t receive it until October 31st. Came in huge… sent back for an exchange. 2 months later and many emails they finally responded, said they would look for my package. I sent them all my shipping info and spent $93 USD to sent it back to them. They have since been IGNORING ME. And won’t give me a $250 USD refund. I can’t believe that they now are ghosting me. This is INSANE

Ordered a ladies 3 piece tweed suit for my wife and I cannot fault the service I had. Excellent communication prior to buying the suit to clarify measurements. Turns out the waist coat was a little too small and the jacket had a small stitching issue. These were exchanged promptly. The suit is beautiful quality and style. I am a little envious. Will definitely buy more from this company.

Do not deal with this company I lost near 400 pound on 2 tweed suits which were beautiful but didn’t fit. I sent them back and they acknowledged receipt but then didn’t refund me. In addition despite their email they lied to American Express so I didn’t get anything back. So bad.

Currently in the process of taking this company through small claims due to not receiving a refund even though they confirmed it had been processed. If you look further- my experience is not unique.

It’s a scam, I had to contact my bank to receive my money back as they will completely ignore you even after issuing a refund notice.

If you are unfortunate enough to accidentally buy from here, keep all your emails to and from them as evidence.

I think this business need to be reported by more people who have bought from them. I’ll be writing to citizens advice when available and I urge those with similar experience to do the same. As £200 most people have spent is not a small amount of money to lose.

The measurements were way off. The suit was way too small. I ordered a larger one since my event was coming up and paid the $50 to rerun the suit that was too small. I never received my refund and couldn’t dispute with my bank. They kept agreeing to refund but then never did so then it was too late to dispute with my bank. I ended up paying $450 for 1 suit and the button fell off at the event I attended so it wasn’t even well made.

I would be happy if they sent me another style suit, if they are having cash flow issues but then again no response.

REFUND SCAM! DO NOT BUY! I ordered a suit from them and paid express delivery. After multiple messages from my end, it arrived with two weeks delay. It was very good quality but the event had passed and the jacket was too small so I returned on time. After literally more than 10 emails from my end I just never got my refund (about £170) which they claimed they sent me. They gave me a receipt that my bank still does not recognize. I told them I can give them a formal letter from my bank saying that I did not receive it but they couldn't care less.

Brilliant little growing company. They replied to my emails within good time. The suit was dispatched the next day and delivered another day later. The suit is of good quality. The material is lovely, the colour is perfect and the sizing is spot on. I am very happy with my suit and I'll be sure to purchase another through this company. Well worth the money.

Would be one star if possible. Measurements nothing like as stated online. Returned the next day. Almost a month later and no refund. Will be reporting to trading ombudsman. Do not go near

Do not buy anything from this company I bought a suit which I sent back 5 months ago never received a refund no response from emails and no reply when I ring customer service.

Do not use this company! Ordered a suit for a wedding, it didn't arrive when it said it would, so couldn't wear to the wedding.
Sent it back via recorded delivery, and still no refund 4 WEEKS LATER! Have contacted them many many times and they either don't reply or they say they are looking into it. Still no money back and they owe me £200! Will now have to get trading standards involved to get money back. Disgraceful company, who should be ashamed to do business.

Ordered 3 piece suit! No show! DHL tracking number not legit.
Called, emailed. No response.
Now using my bank to try and get funds back.

If I could give this company zero stars I would! Paid £200 for a three piece suit over 3 weeks ago and still not delivered! It said it would be here between 7 and 10 days. They say on their website to contact customer service, what customer service?? No one answers the phones or emails! No idea how I'm going to get a refund when this company just ignores their customers!
Avoid buying from here at all costs.

Terrible!! I haven't received a thing!! The company is a scam, I've had no goods, no refund and noone has contacted me. It has been 8 weeks.

I ordered a 3 piece suit for my teenager. The suit arrived promptly and was nice, however the sizes are small and we needed larger trousers and waistcoat. I returned those items, registered post and they were delivered the next day. The company has denied receiving the goods back, but then not answered any of my numerous emails or phone calls. It's now a month since I bought the suit, they have had more than 3 weeks to respond and I don't have a suit for my teenager for prom.
This company's customer service is non existent.
Avoid them.

I bought a 3 piece suit from Arabecca on 27/04/2024 and received it all scrunched up in a very small postage bag. The trousers are definitely not true to size and I required to send them back for an exchange. I used registered post and got notification from the postal company that Arabecca received the returned trousers on 03/05/2024.
Since that time I have sent numerous emails which have been ignored, no one answers the phone number provided on the website, the chat facility on their site is useless as it diverts you back to email and they don’t reply to messages on social media.
I saved up my hard earned money to buy this suit for a function and now I am left with a jacket and waste coat with no trousers.
Customer service is non existent.
Really, really disappointed with this company, if I could have given no stars I would. Don’t be fooled by them, spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered a custom made tweed suit from Arrabecca for a family wedding. Initially I was worried about supplying my own measurements but was guided through this process. The suit arrived and I can’t praise the quality highly enough. The tailoring is superb and the fit is perfect. The suit looks every bit as good as the photo on the website.
I had major issues with the delivery company however Sally kept in touch and as the wedding day loomed and it looked like my shipment had been lost, Sally went above and beyond and arranged for a replacement suit to be made.
From start to finish I have had a fantastic experience with this small business and would not hesitate to use them again. The suits are very good quality and very reasonably priced.
