I ordered a GFX card AIO from them and when it arrived one of the fans didn't work. I contacted them to advise the situation and in order to get the unit working I bought some replacement fans. They were made aware of this and offered a 15% discount for the inconvenience which I accepted. A few days passed and when no refund had been processed they reneged on the offer and instead asked to see a video of the non functioning fan. They then replied saying that they would replace the fan.
Honestly, the money isn't the issue. It's not a lot of money. It's the deceitfulness that I find distasteful and I can't stand liars.
Received a used/damaged part and won't take responsibility for return!

You don't expect this for £200+ parts.
Customer service is also very shoddy, I have been trying to return the part and Aquatuning provide minimal guidance and don't do anything regarding items held by Customs during RMA.

"Aquatuning UK" is not a UK store and you will have to pay import fees.
This is a mess
I have ordered wrong water block with wrong fitting size and it was not in stock (which kinda saved me) and it was more expensive. I asked support if it can be changed to the right one and i was initially really happy and with lower price first i have been told i will be refunded 40gbp, then i got another bill but part which i bought was as expensive as the one i ordered wrongly and i have not been refunded. on the other hand i wait nearly a month for my order to be fulfilled... don't get me wrong i did not buy products from Alpha Cool for the first time and they are amazing. high quality with a really low price for the quality but what just happened with my order is a joke. as weekend is coming up i dont expect fast response to my email why they suddenly increased price of my waterblock 40 pounds above price which is on their website. if everything will be solved im willing to give 5 star but as for now i am really not happy and i think i will order their parts from scan next time...
Incorrect Paperwork meant I had to pay UPS GBP 53.65
About 30 days after my order made via aquatuning.co.uk was delivered, I received a bill from UPS for GBP 53.65 as a result of the shipping paperwork being incorrect. Aquatuning declined to pay this meaning I had to.

Their customer support post-purchase is just next level, I can’t figure out what’s up with their rating on here, most 1-star seem to be coming from UK customers. You wanted Brexit, you’re paying import fees for sure. Lol.
You have to pay extra vat and extra import tax… i payed 200 pound for the item plus vat plus delivery 240 and i have to pay 60 extra for ups soo extra 100 pound.... Thanks aquatuning...
You have to pay extra vat and import charges on them... Soo browse on amazon you find it 20 pound cheaper...

Very disappointing
There are a number of problems with this order, which I have not received.
1) They have a permanent disclaimer citing delays of 3-hours when using Paypal, due to maintenance on Paypal's servers. In reality, the payment I made on Saturday 16th was not Acknowledged on Monday 18th.
2) The vendor claimed to have greater than fifty units in stock with delivery being 1 to 3 days. Despite a higher handling fee for faster processing, the item has still not been received.
3) According to the vendor's website (on Monday 25th), after receiving payment there are no further details of processing or shipping.
4) Despite calling themselves Aquatuning UK, having a .co.uk website domain, having a Union Jack flag as their logo, and collecting the cost and VAT shown in GBP Pounds sterling; they now appear to be a German company, with customers reporting on TrustPilot that they are having to pay 25% import duties on orders. Aquatuning UK has not responded to a negative review for 12 months.
5) I have emailed them requesting a refund but they have not yet replied to the email.
Poor, slow service
Poor, slow service.
Postage methods are not accurately described. All postage methods are UPS standard, extra money all goes to Aquatuning to 'speed' up their internal processing, more money does not equal a quicker service.
Excellent Customer Service and Shipping Times
From my recent purchase of an alphacool waterblock from Aquatuning, I would be happy to recommend them to everyone I know. When I had a concern about the shipping time, Stefan responded to my queries swiftly and informatively, and gave me accurate and useful information. The product has just arrived, and was packaged carefully and discreetly. Whilst others may have had a negative experience in the past, I can say with certainty that my experience has been one of swift responses and professionalism throughout
Order some tubing for my pc
Ordered some tubing for my pc, I was in a rush and needed them asap so opted for the UPS Prime delivery service that was offered, now the tubing only cost £10 or so pounds and the shipping was £20, I would never pay this much for such a low value product but it was speed I needed, this has not happened. I emailed them wondering why my shipment won’t be here until the 14/7/21 when it had been ordered on the 5/7/21 I was basically told “this is just the order picking speed” that I paid for, how can a company charge £20 for them to pick the order a few hours faster and choose the slowest shipping going after that? I wouldn’t use again, would of got nearly 3 months of next day delivery from Amazon at there “picking” price
I can't fault them
I can't fault them. Delivered to the UK, great communication throughout and good prices. Ordered over £600 worth of water-cooling parts and had no problem with import taxes/charges. I don't like that they call themselves Aquatuning UK.. but still, good service.
poor customer service
No one wants to respond to the emails ive sent over false advertisements, you cant sell postage at a ridiculous amount for next day only to recieve the part a week later, its a UK website but from what i can tell they are in germany.... the parts they offer are great and great quality, but they them self are not.

Titled as a UK site but is actually a German company and orders are shipped from germany resulting in £60 of import charges. You should really have a notice on your website stating orders ship from germany and import charges need to be paid.
My shopping experience on the…
My shopping experience on the Aquatuning.co.uk website is so disgusting that I won't even describe what happened. Just PLEASE don't make the same mistake as me and PLEASE forget about shopping in this disgusting store. I would like to give 0 stars but unfortunately this option is not available.
Be VERY careful with that shop
Be VERY careful with that shop, they have several good products for your liquid cooling system and PC and it's easy to fall on their trap.
When you purchase something to them, you find that this is not a German-like shop, they are more like a "chinese-like" shop where if you have ANY problem you didn't get any support ever. If you get something and it is broken for example, don't expect it to be changed, don't send the product to the shop or you finish without product and without money.
They didn't reply any mail, or take the phone when you call, you don't have any way to contact staff (btw you can send mails and call the shop but no one will awnser you).
Be very careful with that shop, they are scammers.
Would be a better company to buy from if they answered emails ....
Bought a GPU block for my 3090 based on their advertised lead times which was around 8 days. I kept an eye on their site out of curiosity and a as such a day before the advertised dispatch the product when into delivery date unknown. I left it for a couple of days but had no update form Aquatuning so I emailed them (no response) and then tried them on FB (No response). I ended up email the managers on their webiste to be told that due to weather and Brexit (etc.) the item would be with me the following week. I then get a response from the support desk the following morning telling me that they did not know when the item would arrive due to stocking issues, I subsequently asked for a refund.
The company looks to have great products and if they would actually respond to people emails then I think they would get better reviews.
I'll definitely try them again in the future but I will ensure that they have the item in stock this time.
Well what can I say
Well what can I say, ordered a cooler and express shipping via UPS . Still has not arrived . No returns of email. Despite being a UK arm of Alphacool, just been hit with a 25% import charge . Would suggest you steer clear of these and buy from a UK reseller.
Very poor/expensive/unresponsive
Havent received item
ordered something earlier this month which was showing as a pre order but i got it anyway as its what i needed and paid an extra £21 for fast shipping ( Lead time was 1-3 days anyway).
Item came into stock and shipped on the 13th of january however it is now the 20th jan and the item still hasnt arrived and i am now being told by ups that there isnt and eta on my parcel and that i just need to wait as long as it take's.
if i had know it would take this long i would not have ordered from this company as now i have a computer i am unable to use whilst i wait god knows how long for a part to arrived that was stated to have a 1-3 day delivery time.
No Customer Service
