Great RO system
Website easy to navigate, installation instructions were pretty clear and water tastes good too. I got the addition of a 3 way tap so now it's rental friendly for our work housing and works great.

Falls Short on Chlorine Removal
I purchased the 10” x 4.5” Resin Water Softener Cartridge from WestOz Water Filters (Invoice: INV-1355, dated 7 Mar 2025, Ref: AquaPlus2164), expecting a high-performance product given its price. Unfortunately, I was misguided by the cost, assuming it would deliver on all its advertised claims.
While it does help reduce hard water scaling, it fails to remove chlorine odor and smell, despite what’s stated on the website. For the price, I expected better filtration performance, especially with the inclusion of granulated activated carbon media.
Overall, it’s a decent softener, but not worth the premium if you’re looking for full chlorine and odor removal.

I still expect a replacement, as this is not the product I intended to buy based on the information provided. Appreciate Aqua Plus’s responsiveness

Loving our Aquaplus system
At Farm World Lardner Park we happened upon Aqua Plus. We have had the caravan twin system in our van for 18months and love it. It means we can drink water and feel safe the nasty things are filtered out. We can rely on the water tasting neutral all the time. We have topped up on filters for a bargain.

Even though it was just after Christmas…
Even though it was just after Christmas when everyone should be holidaying I got my delivery. Love my Aqua Plus filter system in our caravan, no matter the standard of the water in our onboard tanks the water tastes and is clear as a mountain stream.
