Great experience , efficient delivery

I ordered a paddle board on Thursday and opted for 2 day delivery it is now Monday and I called Dpd couriers who said they have not deceived it yet so I phoned aquaplanet who advised me 2 day delivery from Thursday evening to TUESDAY is 2 day delivery and the website doesn’t say 2 working days either so still not got my item

A present for my son a paddle came on time My son was very please with his gift

Overall experience was excellent. But the only one reason of 4 out of 5 stars was payment process, where I thought it is scam as I was requested couple times to log in and put again card payment details. Otherwise it will be 5 out of 5 stars

From the moment I clicked onto the website and placed my order to the delivery of said order the very next day the service I received was the highest I have ever experienced. I was given a discount code for the bank holiday weekend which made my already reasonable purchase even cheaper. The follow up device explaining when my purchase would be delivered was first rate and I have since been able to use my board a couple of times on weekends, I have already recommended Aquaplanet to several friends and will continue to do so in the future.

Bought a Hurley from aquaplanet received the next day. Unfortunately had a paddle issue however this was sorted within 5 days. Excellent customer service great products. Will definitely use this company again. Our friends who we holidayed with bought a sup from them as they were also impressed

I would give this zero stars if possible. Ordered 3 single kayaks. 2 had holes in them, one with four. Aquaplanet agreed I could try it in the sea but within 15 minutes 2 of the 3 chambers deflated, 2 additional holes found and hearing the hissing noise of escaping air was very frightening whilst out at sea! Replacement sent 6 days later and overnight one chamber deflated plus the oar was badly marked scuffed and used - appears second hand. No faith in the safety of these kayaks. Avoid. Customer services apologised but didn’t act quickly to resolve. These were purchased for a family holiday - all our plans changed as only 2 of the 3 kayaks were usable, therefore planned trips were cancelled. Very disappointed with this product. On a positive the seat is comfy. I wish I hadn’t purchased these. Sorry for the negative report but it’s very truthful… awful experience sinking at sea! Safety should come first in this high risk environment but this product is simply unfit for the purpose.

Exceptional service. Had a small problem with a board and they were so helpful and managed to sort it all out really quickly so that we had a replacement board within 2 days. Brilliant service would thoroughly recommend.

As a Newbie to the Paddleboard scene , the easy to use website helped me choose the correct board/kit with basic questions with the 'Which board" tab on the menu that was super easy to use ..
I simply ordered one and was delivered in 2 days with tracking etc!

I was browsing the website and asked several questions on the chat, the answers were quick and helpful! I ordered a new board and found all communication to be quick and effective, the board arrived when expected and in perfect condition. All in all 72 hours from website order to on the water! A very good customer experience!

I purchase two SUPs which have been fantastic. We had a problem with one of the paddles, and aquaplanet replaced the paddle within two days of it being raised.

Fantastic product and great company with fab customer service. Would highly recommend!

Took my board to the Lakes at the weekend. Had to walk about 15 mins from our flat to Derwent Water, with the board in the big back that doubles as a back pack. When I got to the lake I noticed that the straps had started to come away from the body of the bag. I contacted Aquaplanet and explained the issue, along with sending a couple of pictures of the fault. They sent a new bag out straight away to replace the faulty one.

On holiday I experienced a problem with my paddleboard. I contacted customer service and they arranged for a replacement straight away. You can't get better service than that.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with the rucksack and let them know, fully expecting them to say it was my fault or at best offer a discount on a new one. In fact they replaced it and the whole process was easy. Great communication. You can buy from this company with total confidence.

Great service as usual. Speedy delivery and fabulous product. The paddleboard bag is so much better than my old one and has the added benefit of looking cool too. A great buy.

Really informative website and great delivery

The board arrived on time, it was easy to set up and its been great to use. A really good purchase and value for money.

The Rockit board is good value for money, complete, stable and fun to use. Compared to our other board (Fatstick) it will be interesting to see how durable it will be? The removable fin snapped off cleanly at the base in the mounting on the first use?

Bought 2 boards everything arrived with no hassle no damage and both boards were excellent out on water, was very easy .

This kit has everything I needed.

The instructions were clear concise and to the point, there was no need to read twelve pages before you even got to the part that you need to read.

The paddle board was very stable, light in the water and moved through the water well.

The paddle was easily adjustable for me 6ft 1 inch and my wife 5ft (even my 5 year old had ago but the paddle was huge for him hee hee hee) and the markers on the side allowed us to play with the length and then adjust it to whatever size we preferred without having to guess.

The pump works well but I will definitely be upgrading to an electric pump as soon as I can.

The little dry and was great for storing my keys in and the repair kit (just in case).

The rucksack that it all comes in was brilliant, the only thing I would have liked would be a few more inches on the chest strap to make it easier to grasp with cold hands but other than that it was great.

The leash supplied was comfortable and long enough to be used everywhere on the board but short enough to not drag along in the water.

All in all I want to get another to save my wife and I from having to argue about whose turn it is.
