Regarding XAUUSD spreads, we work hard to maintain highly competitive pricing compared to the wider prop firm industry. If you experienced wider than usual spreads, it was most likely during a period of increased market volatility, where spreads can temporarily widen across the market due to liquidity and order availability rather than anything specific to our platform.

I made payment using my local bank but can't get my withdrawal through that same process .why crypto when there is other means of getting your pay globally. Still have to make a certain amount to get paid. Its tough

Repeated Platform Issues Made Trading Very Difficult
I’ve been trading with AquaFutures for a short period and had a poor experience.
I trade an Opening Range Breakout strategy, which requires entering trades at specific evening times. For a full week I was unable to place trades due to the recurring error:
"maximum order quantity has been met. Limit: 0". This happened every evening.
I reported it multiple times. Support acknowledged it as a "small system glitch from Tradovate" but the issue continued.
This made trading my strategy very difficult and led to poor results.
Disappointed with the reliability and support. Would not recommend.

If im able to give rating in negative i wouldn't have hesitated , i talked to support and risk team about my payout they just ghost you in email , in their page they close the conversation, in discord they mute me and kick me , even though i was just asking for help , no cuss words , no saying bad about the company , 4 business days have passed and i still didn't get any update about my payout
