Aqua Design Reviews 3

Used Aqua for a design and build service. Whilst the original plans produced by Aqua were good and their knowledge excellent the whole service deteriorated during the build phase. Specifically,
1/we have paid for work that was not completed and despite numerous requests to obtain a refund this has not been forthcoming.
2/ items left unfinished and poor quality.
3/ Planning permission applied for by Aqua was only for part of the project. We have been left with building work that has been performed with no planning. Despite Aqua agreeing to request retrospective planning this has not been done despite several requests to them to do this.
4/ No information has been passed to building control in order for building regulations to be passed for the project. Several requests have been made without any action taken by Aqua to rectify the situation.

Do not use this company under any circumstances
Unfinished work
Workmen walking off
Continuous lies and trying to avoid paying back money owed
Ignores letters
Doesn’t deliver anything close to his promises
Known by people in the trade as a ‘serial con man ‘

In the first stages of my build and Aqua couldn't have been more helpful and prompt with Drawings, revisions, advice and planning submissions. Steve obviously has a wealth of experience and that is reflected in his ideas and plans.
