What an unfortunate decision to book a holiday with this company. They were not in the least interested in any form of customer care, responded very poorly to requests when issue were reported during our stay at Villa Antares. We had no dishwasher throughout our stay as it was faulty, the beds had poor quality bedding and no protectors, the neighbour deposited a bin bag load of rotting rubbish over the fence and no one came to clear it up, the pool was never cleaned during our 10 day stay we know this as the cleaner was left in the kitchen and never moved and the same debris was in the pool, we had to purchase T towels as none available and needed extra as no dishwasher, the cleaning staff need to have some customer training and we had to ask twice for our 700 euro deposit back. We were offered a 100 euro refund but this never materialised so another false promise. The contract on arrival which we were pushed to sign was in accurate and mis leading, so my advise is to read in your own time and sign when happy.
All in all this spoilt our family holiday and I would caution anyone looking to book a villa via Apulia Rentals.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Masseria Don Salvatore in Puglia, and it was an unforgettable experience! Enormous thanks to the owner, Antonio, for all his tips and flexibility in accommodating our requests. Antonio is fantastic, always ready to offer advice on the best beaches and nearby cities. The Masseria itself is a charming retreat with a very large garden brimming with fresh vegetables and fruit. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Puglia. We will definitely be returning! Highly recommend for anyone seeking a tranquil and authentic Italian getaway!

This was our third holiday with Apulia rentals and fantastic as always. The villa Gelso Bianco was beautiful and Tatiana was so helpful with meeting us to give us the keys, showing us around and giving us information on the area. The villa was well equipped, beds comfortable and the pool was amazing with lovely sun beds. The owners were very kind and left pastries for us on the Sunday morning which were delicious. The service from Apulia rentals since becoming customers 3 years ago is fabulous and respond quickly to messages and in a friendly manner. Which I why we have kept coming back and hope to do so next year. Thank you for another wonderful holiday!

We had an unforgettable stay. The accommodation is beautiful. The furnishings are in the best condition. Here you can really feel at home and enjoy yourself. Tatiana is available around the clock and very helpful. She always supported us in every way and helped us to make this stay unforgettable. The key handover with Giuseppe was also very straightforward and everyone was always very friendly and welcoming. If you do want to leave the accommodation, there are lots of charming little towns nearby which can be easily reached by car in 10-40 minutes. We would love to come back.

This beautiful House is pure vacation Feeling. You can find anything. 3 Clean bedrooms, 3 Clean bathrooms, afull equiped kitchen inside and out (better than my at Home) a living room and awesome outside area with a Clean Pool. Also the poolboy came around and cleaned it.we can totally recommend this House and the lovely instructor Tatiana. Thank you for Feeling us so Welcome. Hope to be Back AS soon as possible

Me and my family had the most wonderful time during our stay here. The property was stunning. We arrived and were greeted by a friendly face and tour of the property. The gardener was there - and his work at the property is simply beautiful. The rooms were all so clean and we had plenty of space for all of our guests. While in contact about the rental process, upon arrival, and during our stay - everyone was beyond polite, helpful, and kind that we communicated with. We were the first renters of the season, so we did have to buy a few supplies such as salt and oil for the kitchen. Also there was a bit of rain- so it's good to know that there is no inside living room at the rental. The entire property took your breath away as you walked around and look at all of the old structures and fantastic renovations that have been done to maintain this villa. We would love to come back here to stay again- in the meantime, it will be a memory to cherish.

What a holiday!
We have just had such a fantastic time in Puglia as a family of four. Our villa was fabulous, we had two villas so could choose which to stay in but it was all set up great for our baby. Tatiana was absolutely fantastic, she was on hand over the phone to help instantly with anything and everything and on the run up to the holiday was so helpful in booking a super super cookery class in the most beautiful setting and even did such an amazing food shop so we were kitted out for the week! Would highly recommend and we will definitely going back to Puglia, such a beautiful part of the world with so much to see. Thank you again!

We had a great stay in Vila Antares in Ostuni.
Our first visit in Puglia was a really nice experience and the kind assistance from Anna at Apulia rentals made our stay extra enjoyable. We look forward to come back again!

We just had the most amazing stay at Trullo Politi. Our flight was delayed and our host Valeria was so kind and understanding. The house is in the most amazing grounds, beautiful views and a gorgeous swimming pool. The house itself is beautiful with every single thing you could possibly need to cook or bbq. There’s a dishwasher and washing machine. Lovely linens and towels to use too. Could not fault it. Perfect location near Ostuni, Fasana, Alberobello and the beach clubs! Thanks Valeria!

We were two families in Carovigno. The property, the house and the Torre, were perfect for two families. We had a lot of privacy.
The pool was one of the most beautiful we have seen with an outstanding view on the sea.
Each request was resolved in less than an hour.
I really recommand the place.

Masseria Don Salvatore is a truly special place that exceeded our expectations in every possible way. It is a tranquil oasis, though still conveniently located, in this lovely part of Puglia. The structure itself is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, a labor of love by Antonio, its generous, kind, and most attentive owner. The infinity pool, solarium, and bocce court are meticulously maintained and offer ample opportunities for recreation and relaxation. The villa is impeccably clean and thoroughly equipped. The lush gardens are not merely ornamental but a productive orchard and garden whose bounty was generously shared with us by Antonio. Upon arrival we were greeted by a large basket of freshly harvested fruits and vegetables, including cherries, apricots, peaches, salad greens, zucchini and its flowers, among other products from the garden including a bottle of olive oil of highest quality. We sincerely hope to return again soon!

Accused me of having multiple people in rental, which I did not. We were two.
A black nightgown stained bedsheets- it was paid for.
Unclear check out instructions- I did not take out the garbage properly and was accused of being absolutely dirty and uncivilized.
Did not appreciate the business and exchange. Could have been dealt with much more differently

Lamia del Bosco was a wonderful holiday home - clean, well resourced and in a great location. Tatiana, our assigned host, was very helpful and friendly. We were a family of 4 adults and two small children and loved it. All the inside doors could be closed so our 3 year old couldn't open them which meant the pool was very safe. Each bedroom had a good sized ensuite and there were lots of towels.

We rented Villa Fora in Carovigno from 1.-10. Octobre 2022. It is a very large property with two seperate houses- perfect for 2 families travelling together! The houses were clean, the kids loved the pool, we loved the sea view and the location is Perfect for trips in Puglia like Alberobello, Lecce, Monopoli…
Tatiana from apuliarentals was very flexible about our check in (our flight was 12 hours delayed), gave us a warm welcome at the house and answered every question we had per WhatsApp within an hour.
We can definitely recommend Villa Fora and ApuliaRentals!

Myself, my wife and 15 month old daughter had the absolute pleasure of staying in Antonio’s masseria for a week in August. We have traveled all around the world including dozens of trips to Italy. And I can say without a doubt this was the most amazing place we have ever stayed. Antonion welcomed us with open arms upon arrival. And he continued to stay in touch and assist us when needed. The masseria itself is simply stunning; it’s a work of art. It sits on acres of amazing olive trees and Antonio’s garden is remarkable. Trees of all types (fig, apple, plum and more) and dozens of types of vegetables. There is a wonderful pool and several areas to eat along with an outdoor bbq. The home itself is quite large and it is in a secure area. It’s minutes to Ostuni so the location is ideal. But perhaps the most special part of the masseria is Antonio himself. Such a gracious host to say the least. You can tell this property is his life and love and we appreciate him greatly.

Our stay at Lamia del Bosco was nothing short of perfect! The property was luxurious and tranquil while providing easy access to the spectacular towns of Puglia. Tatiana and Anna at Apulia Rentals were responsive before and during our vacation assisting with bookings for restaurants and tours. Third time's a charm! Due to the covid-19 lockdown we had to change our plans to travel from Finland to Puglia several times. Thanks to Apualiarentals we finally - after two-year-attemps- had one of the best vacations ever. The staff was very understanding and helpful and it was easy to operate with them. Furthermore, our accommodation in Trullo Milù was absolutely perfect - it was even better than we could ever expect. The warm welcoming by Lucia, Mimmo and Angelo made us feel very comfort and it was a nice start for our holiday in their clean and beautiful property with its marvellous surroundings. The central location of Trullo Milù was perfect to visit other interesting and historical places in the Heel of Italy. The whole week felt like a beautiful fairytale - and I was like Alice in Wonderland.
Visiting Puglia was really worth waiting! Highly recommended <3
