Rose packed immaculately. Arrived in great condition including hydration.

I found this company by chance. Fantastic customer service and excellent delivery. The rose bush I ordered was in perfect condition and I cant wait to see the face of the person it is going to as it is a special gift.

The rose is beautiful. But APC delivery person who delivered it was appalling. They didn’t deliver it on the appointed day because they said they couldn’t find our address……..they were located on the beach. And then the next day they delivered it to the wrong address. Luckily I tracked it down

I ordered a rose just at the beginning of a heatwave! I had a message to say delivery was delayed because of the high temperatures, which was great. Kept informed and rose was sent a few days later when it was a little cooler. Well packaged, beautiful rose in lovely condition so very pleased.

2 beautiful roses, in bud and bloom, arrived quickly and well-packed.

The rose plant was delivered on time, well packaged in its own individual box. The hot weather did not help with the journey with the leaves wilted but I watered it as soon as it was delivered. It is now re potted and staying at a shaded area to get acclimatised to its new home.

Ease of web site ordering. I was contacted throughout purchase and delivery with updates. Roses arrived by DPD who handled them with great care but even if they didn't handle with care the roses were so well packaged they would have survived! The Roses when unpacked were of superb quality and size, in fact even better than anticipated. I have since reccommended to others.

This is the second rose I've purchased via the Internet. The first is now blooming for the first time and it is extremely healthy vigorous plant. The second purchased recently, for a gift, during the hot weather at the beginning of the month. They had the forethought to delay delivery in case it was left in a hot van/warehouse overnight. I was informed of this decision and kept up to date throughout the delivery process.
