✍SCAM SCAM SCAM

Hello! In order to help you more effectively, please describe the problem you are experiencing in detail.
Unfortunately I didn't see the details of the $5,000 contract that asked me to complete it by purchasing 5 and now it has expired
I'm trying to get to $25,000 so I can unlock this thing
Are there other VIP contracts that I don't know about?
Can you fulfill a few contracts worth $5,000 each now?
No, only this $5,000 contract is a VIP multi-purchase contract.
ah ok... if I can get to 25,000 dollars I can unblock the account
If you can first deposit $5,000 to purchase a contract worth $5,000, you can then apply for a contract extension through the system. I can help you apply for a contract extension, giving you more time to fulfill the remaining contract.
Unfortunately, as you can see, I started with a small amount. Little by little I tried to increase it.
The terms of the contract do not state any time limit to extend. I thought I could gradually reach 25,000 to resolve the issue.
also because my funds were blocked... and when I went to read why online I saw that it happened to other people and depositing money would seem like a scam
How long will it take you to raise the funds to fulfill your contractual obligations? You need to complete a $5,000 contract first so that I can apply for an extension for you, giving you more time to fulfill the contract.
I believed in you, why can't I withdraw the funds now?
You can find detailed information about us in the "About Us" section. We are a legitimate platform, operating legally and compliantly, so you don't need to worry.
I can only make funds on the platform if they are real money and profits and if there are no other surprises I think that within 3 months I would reach the threshold
This is because your account has defaulted. Withdrawal processing is restricted by the system. Once you fulfill your contractual obligations, this restriction will be lifted, and you will be able to withdraw all funds in your account.
ok so there is nothing else to do but wait for the amount you requested to complete the 5 contracts to arrive on the platform, right?
Because if you ask for more deposits and give deadlines, it seems like everything is fake and that you are just fooling people.
Yes, you already have one contract. You need to purchase the remaining four contracts, each worth $5,000, for a total of $20,000.
The 23rd is the deadline for you to fulfill your contractual obligations, as I have already informed you.
Why do you say to fulfill if there is no such item in the contract at point 6. I can get to 20,000 dollars in the platform and thus do the remaining 4 contracts, is that okay with you?
Your account has defaulted. After an account defaults, you must use new deposited funds to fulfill the contract. You can see this provision in the platform's terms of service. I have already informed you of the way to fulfill the contract.
This is the only way to get rid of system limitations.
But doesn't this seem like a scam to you? You're asking for money to fulfill a contract that doesn't have any point 6 when you buy it, and point 6 appears once it's already purchased. Furthermore, there's no time limit. The fact that the account is in compliance status for the withdrawal of the money is fine. Once I reach the amount to complete the 4 contracts, I can purchase them.
I'm in no rush to complete the four contracts. I'll get there slowly without any further deposits. Also, I repeat, I have no other money.
unless this mining doesn't exist and everything I'm trying to create is all fake and a false hope that poor fools like me have fallen for
You do not need to make any excuses to evade your responsibilities. If you fail to fulfill your contractual obligations, your account will face the risk of being listed as a dishonest user and being frozen by the system. Once the account is frozen by the system, it means that you will lose the right to use the account.

aptminer SCAM!!!

I'm seriously writing a terribly negative review, and I advise others who are chatting about investing on your platform to think twice after they see my correspondence with you. My actions would be telling the truth in a terribly negative light!
Last correspondence:
APT Miner reserves the final right of interpretation of the terms of this contract".- Maybe this item can be used to restore the withdrawal of funds.
??
The only way is that you need to fulfill the contract
This contract is impossible to fulfill. They could have warned me again before the purchase, since it was written at the end of the contract.
This is because you did not read the contract terms carefully when purchasing the contract, which led to the error. It is not a problem with our platform.
??
Hello, can the fall in bitcoin affect income?
Hello, the returns for each contract are fixed and will not be affected by fluctuations.
How many contracts are left to be fulfilled and payments restored?
You need to use the new funds from your deposit to fulfill your contractual obligations, and you also need to purchase 14 more contracts.
Can I use the funds that I already have?
No, because your account is in serious breach of contract.
Previously, I was told I needed to buy 13,500 USD worth of contracts. Do I still have 4 more to buy?
yes
New funds from deposits are needed
There are options without additional attachments. Agree that it can be fraud if new funds are needed to raise "old" income
The platform's terms of service contain detailed explanations.
I can use the funds that are already in the account to fulfill the contract, because two weeks ago they wrote that this would be considered fulfillment of the contract from 2500 usd - as the minimum amount for contract fulfillment
?
Your account is in serious default. Only by using new deposit funds to purchase contracts will the system record your previous default.
Thank you for the negative experience of working with you.
We operate in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Once you have fulfilled your contractual obligations, your account will be freed from system restrictions, and you will be able to withdraw all the funds in your account.
According to TrustPilot reviews, you wrote similar things to others. Someone fell for it. What's the point of damaging your reputation when it's easier to give back what was taken? If there are payments, the trust will return!
A small number of people always try to evade their mistakes and shift the blame onto others, which is wrong. We will not compromise with such users and will permanently freeze their accounts.
My next negative review will be very similar to others, because your rules do not make common sense.
I have repeatedly informed you that you must fulfill your contractual obligations and remove the system restrictions. You have no need to threaten us. We are acting entirely in accordance with the legal terms of the contract.
Compared to others, I didn't lose as much as others. But I'll show the chat correspondence (screenshot)
This isn't a threat, it's a statement of fact. You wrote that I could use my account funds to fulfill the contract, and now I'm suddenly late and need new funds. You have seven Fridays in a week, or even more. This is a legal disaster.
Your account has seriously violated the contract.
I'm seriously writing a terribly negative review, and I advise others who are chatting about investing on your platform to think twice after they see my correspondence with you. My actions would be telling the truth in a terribly negative light!
It is wrong for a few people to always try to evade their mistakes and shift the blame to others. We will not tolerate such users and will permanently freeze their accounts.

They are stealing our money

They are stealing our money, we were told that our account was in risk management and we needed to correct one issue after another, and we did to the tune of 678100 usdc, yes that is correct our life savings. We were told at every step that our account would be unlocked, and we would have access to all of the funds on our account, that never happened, there was always another issue. Yes, they want another 169500 usdc to unlock our account but the 5 million usdc on the account cannot be used it has to be new money from our bank account. There is no more! Yes, that right 5 million usdc on the account but they blocked access to it and are now stealing our money under their so-called system risk control BS. These people need to be stopped because I am sure we are not the only ones they have done this too. Where is a BEEKEEPER when you need one. They are giving the whole crypto industry a bad name. I wish I had the power to do something about but alas I DO NOT. The bread line will soon be calling; the IRS is going to want their 2026 tax money (used to unlock our account) and I guess public assistance is next after we lose our home! Thanks, Google and Edge(Microsoft) for running these misleading articles about APT mining on your websites, APT miner, the Folium Investment group LLC and of course Jason LEAF the CEO!

⚠️ Scam ⚠️ Company

⚠️ Scam ⚠️ Company
Amazon & Lisowod team up with BIG Scams ready to go.
They allow scam companie; such as "Lisowod" to offer guarantees on items, but the company will always make up a reason why they can't honor the policy and suggest that you buy one of their most recent products and leave a great review for it.
This makes no sense to me either.
Keep in mind, it's also very hard to find the Lisowod store on Amazon. They do this on purpose, so customers can't easily leave reviews on the right company.
You will also notice the only place they have 5 star reviews; is where the real customers can't leave real views. That's because most of these 5 star reviews are fake or either "paid" for or you get rewarded for.

So he was returning it to depot however after waiting for 3 days when I was informed i could have a refund now Amazon are refusing a refund saying it could still be delivered. And if I want a refund I am to return the item . By God these people are idiots

APTminer

From personal experience it all starts…
VIP contracts require additional contracts to be purchased and many people are caught with this.

From personal experience it all starts well until one day you find your ability to withdraw your money is denied because you "unknowingly" purchased a VIP contract requiring you to purchase many more contracts. Take my advice if you want to risk your money then I urge you to protect yourself every time you purchase a contract by recording the purchase and the terms of every contract. Also confirm the contract is not a VIP contract with the message function before purchase. Use the video function on screenshot function to all. Save it for future reference. Trust me, do it.

Defective, Used, Repacked Remote Bricked My TV

Amazon sold me a used, defective, repacked remote that bricked my TV.
After 6 1/2 hours of constant effort, I finally got my television to work again!

Details and what I expect Amazon to do:
I received a remote control with a torn box, no cellophane or plastic sleeve that Amazon sold to me as "new." It was obviously a used return. When I tried it on my Smart TV, it paired and froze my TV, rendering my TV inoperative and useless.

The two working remotes I have, one without voice control and the other with a faulty back button, would no longer work on the frozen TV.

I could not reset my TV for over six hours no matter how I tried using every available method. I even called the manufacturer who told me that my TV was bricked and I needed to buy a new TV.

Finally, after 6 1/2 hours of trying, I disconnected everything that was plugged into my TV and after plugging in only the power cord, the reset finally worked.

Amazon's Resolution:
After speaking to six managers, supervisors, and customer service representatives. was for me to return the remote to get a $10 refund. My 6 1/2 hours of time, inconvenience and frustration meant nothing to Amazon. Customer service argued that it was only a $10 item even though I have made hundreds of purchases from Amazon – including expensive ones. By the same token, if a backfired bullet it sold knowing the box was defective, critically injured a person, Amazon would refund $1 for the bullet. No matter that sending me a used, defective remote had injured me by costing me 6 1/2 hours of my time, inconvenience, and frustration.

I returned the remote so that Amazon can inspect it and issue a refund.

My Proposed Resolution:
The least amazon should do is to give me a substantial gift card to compensate me for my time and inconvenience.

Amazon refuses to print my review of this remote.

Is it Amazon's policy now to print only positive and not-too-negative reviews?

Shame on Amazon!

Amazons products and services are in a downward spiral

I have been an Amazon Prime customer for 10 years. I also have a Kindle Unlimited membership. I order quite a lot from Amazon. I get at least a delivery a week sometimes 2 or 3. There are a lot of products that I can’t find locally, or I get faster shipping from Amazon over the actual manufacturer. I spend quite a lot of money with Amazon. Over the past year or two, the quality of products has diminished, your two day shipping turns into 5, your overnight delivery turns into “your package has shipped from our local facility but we don’t know where it is”. Usually, I don’t need packages right away so I’ll group things together and select Amazon delivery day but when I need a package and select same day or next morning delivery, it’s because I actually need that package now. I had ordered some items that I needed for today and it was scheduled to arrive yesterday between 5 PM and 10 PM because all the items were available at our local facility. Around 7 PM last night, I received the “your package is running late but will be there by 8 AM tomorrow” I said okay no problem I don’t need the items until this afternoon anyway. I just checked my order and it says “We're sorry your delivery is late. If you prefer not to wait for this package, you can cancel and get a refund.” Which means NONE of my items were ever available to be delivered by the 5PM-10PM time frame that enticed me to place the order. These items I cannot find I a store (long line leashes 20+feet) for dog training this afternoon. The puppy pads and regular 6ft leash I can buy it was more convenient to order those along with the long lines because the puppy I’m fostering can’t stay alone for long periods of time.

I have been on the fence about renewing my prime membership when it’s scheduled to renew in April. After this latest incident, I am officially done with Amazon. I also just purchased a frother stand for my handheld. The item was so flimsy, I had to assemble it but no instructions came with it and it came in a small envelope that was almost missed. Amazons products and services have been in a downward spiral for a long time and I finally cutting the cord

Scam

After the trial contract for $100 I invested in a $10k contract, the some others. Unfortunately I did not notice that the terms of the $10k contract were different from the trial $100 contract, which stated i was obliged to purchase 7 of the contracts before they sold out ( weekend) 'special' contract".
I did not realize this condition until I tried to withdraw some profits at a later date, when APT stated i was in breach of contract. They wanted me to pump in another $60k before i would be allowed some undefined level of withdrawal.
By that point I had invested another $7k and was reinvesting profits, to the point that i have completed 118 individual contracts with them.
despite having invested oner $100k with them and having nearly $50k in funds with them, they are not allowing me to withdraw anything unless i put in $20k more cash.
Its now going legal.

A very strange experience

A very strange experience — out of nowhere, you’re accused of creating multiple accounts and violating the rules, and then blocked for 60 days. However, I only have one proper account, just like my downline. But everyone got blocked. When you ask for clarification, you’re told not to complain, or the ban will be extended to 90 days. For me, this is the end of the story — a complete scam.
