Frustrations with Aptive corrected
I was previously frustrated that I was billed and not scheduled an appointment. I had to call in And schedule an appointment. This happened for a couple months. I was concerned that they would charge me and provide no services unless I sought them out. When I called this recent time to present my frustrations, the representative finally told me how to schedule an appointment online and they stayed with me through the process. I think services with Aptive Will be smooth now. No more frustrations.
Their Technicians do a great job at my home and the bugs are a lot less and improving.

Untrustworthy
I was told my bill, since I have two properties would be cheaper but yet they completely messed up my contract. I had to call multiple times to get it corrected. I'm not sure if it's still correct but we'll find out once the next bill comes. Either way, if you enter a contract with someone it better be correct. I as a consumer shouldn't have to call out your mistakes and tell you how to do your job.

Service was problematic!
Service was excellent. Since there does not seem to be an exceptable procedure for a payment, I’m not sure I can continue for a year. Also the billing amount was not what I expected or planned for. I think I was quoted wrong.

I desperately needed Aptive to remedy an ant infestation. They immediately sent a professional to take care of the problem. He located the source of the problem in a matter of minutes. What a relief !

Couple months in... questionable
After a couple of months with Aptive, I'm not sure we can tell a difference - certainly not in our shed, where critters of all sorts still find their way into, alive and feisty.
There doesn't seem to be much consistency in the reps who do the work... some are great, asking for if there are any trouble spots before they start and sending pics after they're done, while some just let you know they're on their way and that's it.
If it weren't for the $200 cancellation fee, I probably would've cancelled already, but I'll let it ride for a bit and see if things get better after prolonged treatments.

Not recommended in my area
Great salespitch to get me signed up in a year long contract but since then the customer service is horrible, the service is sloppy and not done how it was sold it would be, and they haven't kept to their committed schedule. I don't notice a difference in pest control compared to any other companies I've used in the past.
