They Want to Come 6 Times a Year
I asked for quarterly service. They said sure. Instead they still schedule to come out every other month - 6 time a year. You have to try to reschedule online and they only open appointments for the next 2 weeks. In practice the only ones availble are a week later. If you forget to keep doing this they just show up. Still have ants in the house. I think it is time to restart doing if myself. I can buy PPE, a sprayer and insecticides for a lot cheaper than $700 per year. There are many good online sites dedicated to DYI pest control.

Keeps the fear of bugs away
Well, the service is exceptional and our serviceman’s name is Larry who does a great job. I’m scared of bugs so this service really helps me monthly. It keeps the bugs away. A lot of my fear has subsided. For the type of service it is I give it five because I’m not sure That there’s anything better out there.

I’m still having problems with mice on…
I’m still having problems with mice on my stories. And now they’re in the garage. The last thing I need for them to get in the house, so if we can spray again or do something different. That can help That’s situation. Be appreciated.

Casey was great!
Casey alerted me he was on his way and would be to my home with in 15-30 minutes. I let him know my concerns and not to knock as my son just got home from a 12 hour work shift and he needed to sleep to work that night. Casey understood, arrived and started working. He and I chatted about my concerns when I saw he was there and he handled everything, providing photos of the work he had done. He was polite, did good work and wonderful to have service the house.

On time and listens to my needs
My tech followed up on rat bait traps and removed the one rat trap in our shed that wasn't needed. All the normal eaves, house borders and crevices were done. I like that Aptive techs actually listen to us.

If I could
If I could, I would give them less than zero or one star. The reason is I hired them and after three months, I had to call them five times to come back and spray for ants. I had ants problem only from backyard, but after they sprayed, I was experiencing and seen the house, cockroaches in house and ants coming from the front and all sides of the house from the neighbors even from the neighbors across the street. They were crawling through the crack in asphalt over the street. I have videos to prove it in three months. I believe they came to re-spray maybe two times but I called them probably more than five times show I refused their service for the reason. They are not doing good job. They are not coming back and re-spray and they are not doing good service at all and they are trying to charge me $199 for fighting them not doing their job. They just gave me more ants and roaches not only around the house but inside the house very very bad service Aptive pest control
