Terrible experience
Service prices have gone up, my service scheduling is automated to be more often then what I originally wanted so it is costing me more annually then expected. The service is so basic.....spray some things, wipe your awnings, and refill your bait stations. Only go inside the home if you ask them to, and when the tech does they have no recollection of previous services so they have no idea how to treat the home. Seems to be a new tech almost each and every service... reqdy to move on for sure as I still had mice issues this winter and last summer was a struggle to get them to treat my yard. Different answers from different techs as to what they are supposed to do. Such a bad experience. The only thing I have noticed that is a good comment is less bugs inside my home. Still have the occasional Asian beetles and stink bugs. But not much else. Had a wasp nest in my roof, they weren't willing to treat so I had to hire a 3rd party company that cost an extra 300 dollars. Just a joke of a service.

Service techs and service good
Service techs and service good. I did not like having a one-year contract, especially during winter. I was also told that they could service our second residence in Princeton WI and was later told they could not provide service in that area.

Poor listening skills
Your service managers need to communicate better.
I only want quarterly service. Yet them try to service me 6 times per year. I am experiencing this 6 times a year for the 2nd time. After they said this would never happen again!!
I will not recommend this pest control company to anyone.

Friendly workers. They know my yard. They let me know what they've done. They ask if there's anything more they can do. They will come back intermittently without charge if I need them to do something else.

The people are good at what they do.
I like how the people are able to explain what they are doing and how the treatments work. Another thing I like is if there are any issues that come up in between normal services they will come out for free to address them.

Unfortunately, had to get a re-service…
I had to have a re-service done because the technician did not spray the smoke in all the areas he was supposed to and did not fill up my bait traps as he stated. I had Shermon come the second time and he did wonderful as usual. I always give Sherman five stars. He is very respectful and I trust that he will do what is needed for the service.
