Thank you for sharing this. I can understand how frustrating it would be to feel like you cannot get in touch with someone, especially when there is a billing concern involved. That is not the experience we want anyone to have with Aptive.

You should never feel like you have to “fight” to resolve a charge or question whether service was completed. At Aptive, we document each visit and strive to communicate clearly before and after treatments. If there is ever uncertainty about whether a service was performed, that is something we absolutely want to review and clarify right away.

We also take accessibility seriously. If you had difficulty reaching our team, that is feedback we need to hear. We want our customers to feel supported and able to speak with someone who can provide clear answers.

Inside and out pest control

It was quick and effective for my home inside and out. The service person was really nice and had feed back for me! Also sent me pictures of everything he did on that days visit!

Highly recommend

Zion treated our home yesterday and was amazing!
He communicated clearly before, during and after our treatment. As per usual I received clear photos showing treated areas. Highly recommend.

Scheduled Appointment

The technician called me about 30-45 minutes ahead of his arrival. Asked me for anything he should give special attention to, other than his regular locations. I asked him to get the inside of the garage and the lower level, inside the house. The technician was on time and handled my request(s).

New person


New person, explained why no one has been here for quite a while. Did his job and left, for forgot to set traps for nice in the garage. After leaving, I hadn't thought he had left any traps for mice, but after exploring, I saw he had left a few, but not in all of the garage. We gave a deep gaeage and there are lots of evidence of mice.

Effective, but pricey

I’ve never had problems with Aptive, they have always been prompt and courteous while the actual service is effective at pest and rodent control around my home. I docked a star because of cost. I only have the outside areas of my home treated, but I still have to pay for the “full” treatment which includes inside service. They’ve told me they don’t offer the outside only, so I’m stuck paying for the inside service I don’t want or use in order to have the outside done.

Successful treatment

We have had great success with Active in getting rid of insect pests, especially wasps. The staff are polite and helpful. We have had a few scheduling issues but nothing really problematic.

They contact you before and after the service. Ask if there are any issues. Answer questions or will get you an answer.

They show up when they say they will. Techs are always friendly. They just do a good job. I don’t have to worry about bugs getting into the house.
