Some things seem to have changed

Some things seem to have changed at Aptive. I had to call about scheduling, since none was listed. I don't know if I have the same location servicing my home. The technician went a bit too fast. Overall, the service was "OK," but not as good as I was used to.

I don't have any pests and they made several trips until my voles were eradicated.

Prompt service and reliability over…

Prompt service and reliability over several months. So far, so good with control of rodents and insects around the house and inside of the garage.

Pablo did an excellent job arriving on time, answering my questions, asking me if there’s anything else, and offering to answer questions even if they came up after he left. He was very thorough, and if I could give him a 10 stars out of 10 stars, I definitely would.

Great customer service

Best pest management company I’ve ever used! We have no annoying insects, no mice, no other rodents….nothing! Customer service is great. I have always spoken to a live person whenever I’ve called, the technician calls me when he’s on his way and texts me what services he provided while here. We’re very happy with Aptive!

Highly recommend Aptive Pest Control

I have been using Aptive for many years...the people that I work with are very kind and professional. Customers Service personnel are also very kind! Also they will come out and do a free re-spray if needed between treatments which I only asked for once in several years. I do the four times a year treatment and I'm very happy with them...I would highly recommend Aptive for natural pest control.

Pest Free

Today I was unable to be here when Steve arrived to service my house and property. He let me know ahead of time when he would be arriving and what he was going to do. He made sure to send me at least 10 photos of the areas he worked on while he was spraying or removing spider webs. I have not noticed any spiders or bugs so they must be doing their jobs correctly. I continue to look forward to a bug free house with Aptive Environmental.

The never call head...and sometimes…

The never call head...and sometimes don't show up!
Some of the techs are thorough but many are in and out so quick I have to call for reservices. Then they don't show up. I am going to cancel as soon as I am out of contract.
