They get the job done right
The person treating my property let me know when he would be arriving, and let me know when he was leaving, so I would not be startled. The tech took photos of treated areas and posted them to my cell phone so I could see what was done. Good job.

I have had to call twice now because…
I have had to call twice now because they keep sending people to my house without notice. I have asked twice now to pause my service and instead they keep booking appointments. If this is how business is going to be done, I would stay far away

The technician was through, friendly, and seemed to do all of the required task.
They were actually there for the right amount of time. Sometimes in the past the technician is in and out in 10 min and I ask Aptive to come back out and they do.

I had a pest treatment outside my home about a month ago. About 2 weeks ago, I started getting an invasion of ants in the kitchen. Called Aptive. They sent someone out the next day and did a complimentary treatment. Asked if I wanted inside, too. I declined, but they resprayed outside. No more ants.
