Don’t order anything personalized from this company

I received my personalized leather Apron and the screen printed image on it was peeling off when I got it in the mail. It is a Christmas gift for my father and I am embarrassed to gift this to him. On top of that when I reached out to the company about it, they are telling me ways to fix it. I didn’t do the damage, I paid $200 why would I have to be the one to fix this. I don’t work with leather, nor do I want to cause more damage to the image or the apron.

Order never shipped

Order never shipped; Told multiple times it would and it has not. Phone does not work. Address to vacant house. Only a chat box. Just tell me the truth about order times. But they just delay. Ordered nov 15 still do not have order.

I was wearing the apron for the first…

I was wearing the apron for the first time and start falling apart right away.
And about 1 hour wearing it one of the straps came out and I was looking for a returning label to get my money back and didn’t had one, and also the phone number on the website doesn’t work.
So think more than twice getting an apron from this company.
