I placed my order on 6th December and

I placed my order on 6th December and, after last update on 12/12, didn't receive any feedback.

Now, 24th December and still not knowing where is my package.

1st of January 2026 and still no news, rather than kind words promising they are investigating the case, but with no specific data about the open case.

Item was too small but the return…

Item was too small but the return address was to Germany, l thought l was ordering from UK. The return
(tracked) cost me €14. 95!! I wont be ordering again as a result

They are fraud

They are fraud . Plastic Loose thread material and they called it fabric . When I asked for refund . They said only exchange no refund .

Quality clothing

Lovely clothing, I usually by in a store. Recently brought a jumper online. Very promp delivery, the jumper was super, but had to return it as the sleeves were too long, which was so disappointing as I loved it. Anyway the return procedure was excellent.
