Returned 2 weeks ago, still no refund of my purchase amount
Unfortunately, I still have nothing positive to say about customer service.
I returned my delivery 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for my purchase amount to be refunded!!
In a previous review of mine here on Trustpilot, someone commented on this and said that customer service had contacted me by email, but unfortunately that hasn't been the case to date! I would be happy if someone would respond adequately to my concerns. The customer service is a disaster.
I can only advise anyone who wants to order there to stay away

Postage took expensive.
I ordered a jumpsuit from Apricot and unfortunately it was too big, I paid 14.95 for delivery and 10.00 return shipping, I ordered from Ireland, I wouldn’t order again, too expensive to make a mistake.

Their customer service is so bad
Their customer service is so bad. After a poor experience in Jan when they cancelled my order with no explanation and then asked me for a review, this experience was even worse. Ordered garment. Next day delivery paid for. No confirmation email received. Payment taken. Order didn’t arrive. I needed it quickly so emailed via website. No response. Tried via PayPal. Day 4, garment randomly turned up. I don’t want it now as function has passed and I had to order another dress for it, but nervous about getting my money back due to lack of communication. 4 days to deliver for £7.99 was poor and no explanation.

Great clothes read washing instructions!
Bought a top from Apricot in Milan but managed to ruin it by washing it only once. Viscose should not be tumble-dried people. Liked it so much that I decided to get a new one online. Love the prints! Delivery was superfast but DHL mixed up here in the Netherlands, no fault to Apricot.
Do you still exist Apricot
I too have bought many items in the past from Apricot but on this occasion I have exhausted ways of trying to get a refund or acknowledgement of my return. I have an inpost receipt of my return via Tesco. I have contacted them via their online portal with no response. I have emailed and that has come back has "delivery status delay". I cannot find any telephone contact. If you read this review Apricot customer service I would appreciate some contact for order No 1875813. I have returned 1 of the 2 items. Both the same price.

No customer service support
Have brought from Apricot many times before and really like their products. Did a bulk shop in February, many items were not suitable so I tried the returns process as per usual on website within the same week of receiving the items but there was a technical issue on website and would not allow the returns. Tried again multiple times that week but the tech issue persisted and I could not process the return. I raised a query on the website platform and have had no response. I’ve since raised 2 more queries on website with no response, I’ve left message on their instagram account and had no response & also sent direct email to their complaints email account- still no response. I’ve scoured the internet trying to find a contact number or direct email to follow up but they seem to have intentionally very few avenues to contact so no real customer service to speak of. I’m really at a loss on what to do and how to follow up, very frustrated, disappointed & at present £250+ out of pocket on goods that I can’t return!!

Apricot hasn’t refunded my £142, 13 days after return!!
I have returned items from an online order to Cardiff store. They took the items for refund and told me it would go straight to my card. It has been more than 10 days and still £142 hasn’t been refunded. I have emailed the customer service twice, no reply. Store does not take any accountability neither. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will be seeking legal advice as this is stealing my money.

The two animal print dresses I ordered are beautiful and just what I thought they would be. NOTE: I paid attention to the UK sizing chart to make sure I ordered the correct size (I reside in US), and they fit beautifully!

TERRIBLE Customer Service and Shipping
TERRIBLE. The dress was destroyed in shipping to me (it was in a thin plastic bag). When I sent pictures of the ruined dress, the torn Apricot bag, the replacement bag USPS put the item in (with a note recognizing the damage) all Apricot said was they’re sorry that happened and they’ll investigate. All I want is the dress I paid for that is wearable. I offered to return to them the ruined dress. Go buy somewhere else that has good customer service and sturdy packaging that gets your item to you in wearable condition.

Avoid this high street scammer
I am truly shocked that a high street brand thinks it can get away with such a scam. I made two separate online orders (one for myself using my payment method and one for a family member using her payment method) in January and returned a few items from each directly to the store in Cardiff. I received paper receipts and email receipts to confirm our refund but the money has been missing from our accounts for a month. These accounts are from two separate banks and I’ve already confirmed that this is not the bank’s issue.
Customer Service only respond when you threaten to seek legal action against them which I will now be doing as I have waited and been ignored for long enough. I will also be reporting them to Trading Standards. They are free to resolve this issue immediately and save themselves from an investigation from Trading Standards. Based on other reviews of this company, I am not the only one to experience this.
I have tried to be patient with this company and all they have done is scam me out of nearly £100 in refunds. Meanwhile they’ve probably resold the items I’ve returned to make even more profit.
I want my money back and Apricot are breaking the law by refusing to give it to me.
