Then make an informed choice.

Edit: My account on Trustpilot is not same account I use for business. Why are you concerned about people reading the negative reviews if you have nothing to hide? Its all about transparency! And why you hassling me, twice in one day? when all the positive reviews are not verified? answers on a postcard please.

I've had a great experience using…

I've had a great experience using AppScenic for my dropshipping store. The level of automation is the standout feature for me—having tracking numbers and stock levels sync automatically saves me hours of manual work every week. I also appreciate that the suppliers are based in the US and UK, which means my customers actually get their orders in days rather than weeks. The interface is clean and it was very easy to integrate with my Shopify store.

Quick and easy setup

Quick and easy setup, easy integration, easy to source products and a well priced membership. Customer service is simple to raise an issue and quick on their responses.

I have used other drop shipping platforms but this one seems to be the best.

I purchased the lifetime access to the appscenic course.

Unbelievably, I was not getting access despite being charged. Insisted on getting a refund. Its been a month and yet to be refunded.

After a full review, we discovered that your request was related to the AppScenic Academy (our educational course), but it was mistakenly assigned to the billing team of our dropshipping platform, which operates separately. That mix-up unfortunately delayed our response.

Poor Integration, Compliance Issues, and No Accountability



I’m a Walmart Marketplace seller, and my experience with AppScenic has been frustrating from start to finish.

From day one, I dealt with constant data feed errors — products published with zero inventory, unupdated pricing, and frequent missing information that caused listings to fail. This resulted in hundreds of my products being unpublished or showing errors, costing me both time and sales.

To make things worse, one of AppScenic’s suppliers shipped an order using an unapproved carrier (Amazon Logistics), which violates Walmart policy. This caused me to cancel the order, and the customer ended up getting the product for free. When I requested a refund, AppScenic refused — shifting the responsibility entirely onto me, despite the compliance breach being the supplier’s fault.

Their platform also lacks consistency in shipping carriers, and they can’t enforce Walmart compliance with their suppliers. This creates serious risks for any seller relying on them.

I ended up canceling my subscription because the service was unreliable, caused financial losses, and had no real resolution process for supplier mistakes. If you’re a Walmart seller, I strongly advise you to think twice before using AppScenic.

They charged me on the sly and refused…

They charged me on the sly and refused a refund for an unused service. Every time I tried to explain that these charges were authorized without my consent or awareness, customer service condescended me by explaining the concept of pre-authorized charges. I wonder how much revenue they receive from trying to convince people that they just don't remember signing up for a free trial. I keep a record of these things.

The irony being that in September I was actually going to try out the subscription they prematurely forced onto my account, but due to the awful customer service quality I'll probably go with DropCommerce or Trendsi instead.
