URGENT AVOID MISLEADING, DISHONEST BUSINESS

They’ve robbed me of 2 tax refunds amounting to £4k
Horrible company and never gave them consent to work on my behalf. You can never get through to them.

I've had a letter from hmrc and they have said they arenowing me 110.00 but its being sent to approved claims group limited I've no idea who they are or anything. I just want my full refund back what I am owed.. its a ball ache I've had the letter since 5th April and been waiting for a cheque to come through xx

I wrote a negative review yesterday and it's been removed!
Shocking behaviour from this company. I didn't ask them to act on my behalf and I will not pay them a penny. I've asked for my refund to be returned to HMRC. I will post on here daily until they do that!!!!!

Approved Claims group said to HMRC they were my wife's tax advisor. Totally untrue. Seems like a scam to get a tax rebate which I'm not due and they will keep ? Total scammers .

This company have received 2 tax refunds from HMRC without my consent. After contacting them and giving them all the ID requested in January, they have ignored my emails and the phone number doesn’t work. Complete scammers.

HMRC ADVISED ME THAT A CLAIM MADE ON MY BEHAVE BY THIS COMPANY HAD BEEN SUCCESSFUL AND THAT A CHEQUE HAD BEEN FORWARDED TO THEM NO ADVICE OF THIS FROM APPROVED CLAIMS GROUP EVENTUALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE IN FEBRUARY AND WAS TO;D THAT MY PAYMENT LESS OF COURSE THEIR EXORBITANT FEE WAS PENDING STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING FROM THEM AND IT IS NOW 20TH MARCH DO NOT TRUST THIS OUTFIT JUST TOTAL CRIMINALS . I HAVE COMPLAINED TO HMRC ABOUT THIS

Robbing people of their own money iv been trying since Christmas to get mine back but to no avail so I will be taken them to small claims court

I was notified on 14.01.24 that I had a refund from HMRC & a cheque would be sent within 14 days to Approved Claims. Now 5 emails later and 1 telephone call still no response - not even the courtesy to acknowledge receipt of my emails. I will not be letting this drop!!
12.03.24 - trying to call them again but apparently there telephone number is no longer in service!!! HELP!

Absolutely abysmal service I put a claim in apparently last year around June HMRC app tells me money was sent to this company on my behalf
Tutt tutt still nothing no correspondence at all and phone calls never answered

3 months on have yet to receive my refund emails ignored.

Unprofessional Ignorant and not trustworthy I've 3 cheques outstanding for quite a bit of money I've sent emails I've rung but no reply or no joy phoning I've reported this company for there disgraceful attitude and I would highly recommend to stay well clear What sort of claims company keeps other people's money Simply put its theft

Woman on the phone was very helpful and talked me through everything I needed too do. Never had to do it this way but with her help it was so easy. I didn't look through my emails and never noticed they had emailed me and the woman on the phone helped me so I could get my claim. Thank you

very easy to used released all the funds back to me! very happy with them! do recommend! 5/5

I spoke to a delightful young lady this morning who walked me through my claim process, she was patient and very professional offering me a very generous compensatory payment.

I want to thank Approved Claims and in particular Dima their Customer Service Executive for getting my Payment processed for me. I had failed to provide my documents in time but as a good Will gesture Dina has processed my payment for me for which I am very grateful. I would recommend this Company as excellent. Elaine Robertson
