Signed up for the £20 deal just yesterday night and by today morning I was getting appointments for premium however it wasn’t in my city (London) so I waited and couple hours later received another email for fast track. I booked it and now I’m ready to fly!!!

This app is worth it. Stressed out trying to access through the web with no luck. Worth paying for SMS notification as get instant alert. Had to travel but got appointment 2nd day for visit 4 days later. Saved a lot of stress.

What an amazing service. Within 24 hours I had a fast track appointment and if I was fast enough - I would have had a premium appointment.

I would recommend this service to all who are looking to book appointments for passports. Book the first available slot and then change. I did and managed to get an appointment within 4 days in the end. You must be prepared to travel to your appointment which may be in any passport office location nationwide.

Works well under the difficult circumstances of a passport workers strike. I could never have got an appointment without using this service. I have to go to Durham, a long way, but easier than Belfast or Glasgow!

It works , you get an sms alert , then go onto the uk passport system and can get a fast track appointment within a day or 2 . Passport arrived within a week of signing up for this service . Very happy with this tool.

You think it’s too good to be true, well it isn’t, it’s been a lifesaver! Paid for the sms version and the link they sent me put me straight through to the queue. 10mins later all done new passport on its way! Definitely do this again if I needed a passport in a hurry!

They are legitimate and although I didn't get an appointment in one of my prefered locations I was able to get an appointment - I got an alert on the same day I registered. Paid the £15 for SMS alerts as well. But just in case it is useful for anyone else and it remains the same - if you check on the passport office website at 2pm everyday they seem to release then then. Good luck!

We needed to get a fast-track passport for my child but whenever I looked on the Government website to book an appointment, it always said nothing was available at that time. Thankfully, I found AppointmentWatcher and with their help I was able to book a slot. Now the passport renewal is sorted. Feeling very relieved and am grateful to AppointmentWatcher, I dread to think what would have happened otherwise.

Excellant service after spending 4 days trying to find an appointment managed to get one within 4 hours of subscribing

This has been an absolute life saver and worth every penny! I have been trying to get an appointment at the passport office for either a fast track or premium online passport for weeks and within a few hours of signing up I had a text and now I’ve got an appointment (albeit is in Belfast but that is just the luck of the draw at the moment with the current strikes underway). Absolutely amazing!!
