They tried to steal $7300.00

I was a customer for two years without issues. I was billed at $10 per month. This morning I woke up to them charging my debit account $100 then $200, then $2000, then $5000!!!!!
So they essentially tried to rip me off for $7300.00 a week and a half before Christmas. And there is no way to talk to a representative or alert them or ask questions other than email. Don’t trust this company

the most stellar support and software intro so far

Twice, I emailed support fairly nuanced inquiries and twice, I received personalized, customized video answers that directly addressed my concerns. The support is the best I've received anywhere.

Then there's the software...very comprehensively thoughtful. I love how I can control which of my calendars the project checks and which calendar it books to...and how it integrates things like Zoom. Already, I feel like it's saved me so much time. Thank you!

Don't miss out on a GREAT opportunity!

Don't miss out on the Customer Discovery opportunity offered by AppointmentThing - it is time well spent! A personalized way to learn about tips, tricks, additional features and the best ways to share the platform with others - which was super helpful. Nic and his team are approachable, knowledgeable and were able to provide insight into new additions and features that will be available in the next few months.
