Annoying, spammy & low quality results. Wasted my time with this. Seems like all the positive reviews here are written by themselves, so don't trust them

Never heard of this company, never used them. Yet I'm getting spammed about my account and why am I not using it. They failed the basic requirement to confirm email address permission and act like a spam farm for anyone who wants to annoy someone. I'm adding their domain to every spam list I can find.

Really great service, and the virtual staging is awesome too!! I always get compliments on how good they turn out. Any time I've had an issue, someone has been there to help out.

This software gives great realistic results. The software is easy to handle. The support team responds usually after a few hours and they are very nice. I asked them to give me a second free credit to try out the software in the beginning before purchasing.

The minus is that one can not just exchange or replace an old image with a newer one. For each image upload one needs to use a coin. But one can ask the support team and they have allowed me to replace an image.

The other thing for improvement would be to add more things to the library and ask the users what they would need but one can work around it and still get beautiful results.

The service itself is fantastic and it is so easy and versatile to use. I had issues with logging in, which was initially frustrating and took a while to resolve but when customer service was able to fix the issue they did so quickly and were very helpful.

Best customer support I've had in a while!

I've been using Apply Design for a couple of months now. So far I am beyond satisfied with the product.
Everything works great and when something doesn't you just shoot a message and before you know it they fixed the problem!

I would recommend Apply Design to everyone looking for a good & reliable software for staging.

I just tried the free version to get a feel for how the program works. I'm SO IMPRESSED. I needed to design a Studio living/bedroom space. Did NOT use the auto stage because although that looked good, it created a living room which was not accurate. I did the entire room myself and WOW..WOW. Once rendered, it looks like REAL FURNITURE - NOT cartoon furniture which I've experienced with other programs. This will become my go-to for Real Estate Virtual Staging!

I am a home owner seller and am very grateful for Apply Design for being such a high quality product and so easy to use - being able to do our own photos was the final key to creating a professional looking real estate post. The images after render are ON POINT and super easy to manipulate and update, unlimited renders and a massive portfolio of images to choose from made it fun to mess with. Thank you also for the personal support and instant response when I needed assistance.

Just tried this new staging app, and was very impressed with the results! The ease of use is very good, and the staff ist extremely supportive! Can strongly recommend the app!

Gave it five stars! Applied the design to various floor plans and got unbelievable results. Saved a fortune by skipping professional help, not to mention the time saved on design revisions.
Long story short, listed apartments with these renderings, rented them out in just two weeks. Highly recommend!

I experienced some technical problems with the platform and once again, Christopher Sagrado assisted me and resolved all the problems within a matter of minutes, literally!

So effective and works really well. I had a new construction home on the market 20 days. 1 day after uploading new virtually staged photos by Apply Design, it's under contract! I was rushed and need more time to explore the product but so far I'm impressed! Price is really fair too.

Our real estate photography business have been using Applydesign for virtual staging and we are truly happy as how easy it is to add furniture, accessories, etc. They got numerous options to choose from and the support are very prompt with their responses especially in fixing certain issues we encounter with the web software. They got a new feature of decluttering an image and it works wonders! I am definitely satisfied and look forward to seeing more features from applydesign!

I like how items look realistic but wish they continue to add items that are actually needed for Real Estate photography & vacant homes. I've asked to have items added & it takes forever to get them into the system. Also, many items really need to be organized better into tabs as there are many items in the miscellaneous tab that should be in end tables, art work, lights, plants, etc. There should be extra tabs made for decor, kitchen misc, gym misc, etc. We don't need cats, alcohol bottles, dogs, dog beds, or anything for animals. We as photographers take all that stuff out for our photos (well at least true photographers like me do that). I need more end tables, coffee tables, night stands, lamps, art, console tables.

Apply Design has helped achieve my goals when it comes to staging homes! I rely heavily on outstanding quality and speed combined and Apply Design does not disappoint! With a catalog full of the best interior and exterior design I will never go anywhere else!

Appreciate being able to edit quickly and make adjustments and revisions easily. This year, they made a lot of new improvement and updates that have been very helpful. And it has stayed affordable. I hope to see new innovations from Apply Design.

We have been using Apply Design since beginning of this year and I must say that I am really liking it. Easy to use, the renderings are very realistic and quite adjustable. Great variety of furniture and goodies. When things go wrong, the HELP chat is great! Very fast and easy to chat with! There are a few hiccups with the furniture removal tool but when I do run into issues, the HELP/TECH support does great work to resolve. I do appreciate the extra coins when things go "south". All in all, the BETA program is rocking it! Can't wait to see more furniture added, perhaps some more metal type wall decor to add a few ideas! Highly recommend this software!!! Rendered Images are very real looking!!!
