Friendly greeting at the front desk, comfortable chairs in the waiting area, squeaky clean office and state of the art technology to diagnose and correct my hearing. Dr. Olsen is professional and attentive. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Olson and his staff are terrific! Dr. Olson combines the latest technology and expertise with excellent patient care. He is thorough, kind, patient, professional and friendly. He is always quick to respond to questions and explains equipment and procedures in a way that I can understand. His staff is excellent - they are prompt, friendly and professional. Scheduling is easy and calls are always returned promptly. My husband and I were referred to Dr. Olson by a co-worker/friend and I'm so glad we were. We have now been patients of Dr. Olson's for a couple of years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend Applied Hearing Solutions!

I have worn hearing aids for 20 years and I have never gotten such good care from an audiologist. Dr Cliff is the best and I finally feel like I’m in good hands with my hearing, This a top notch office that puts the patient front and center.

Dr. Olsen and his staff are very professional and welcoming. I became a patient of Dr. Olsen's when I was frustrated by the lack of attention and service I was getting from a hearing aid franchise. My experience with Applied Hearing Solutions has been great! I feel that any concerns I have are heard and resolved. I had my first visit with Dr Olsen's and his Staff in June 2021. I had been a long time hearing aid user, however, my last set had broken and I did not want to deal with replacing them.
In May 2021 I had decided to replace them and wanted the Lyric. After following and watching Dr Olsen for a couple of years I decided that's where I would go, even though I live in CA.
Going to see Dr Olsen was one of the best decisions of my Life. They tested my hearing in ways I had never experienced. All of it revealing and disappointing at some of my results.
Dr Olsen fit me for Lyric's during this first visit and testing. The amount of Care and Support was amazing.
For me, Dr Olsen's fitting of the Lyric was a Life Changing Event. No more struggling to hear people and especially my Family. I would give 100 Stars if I could. See Dr Olsen and his Office, You will Never Regret It!!!

In the confusing and expensive world of hearing aids for seniors , applied hearing solutions is a breath of fresh air in the industry. Dr. Cliff goes the extra mile to demystify whether you need hearing aids, why you need hearing aids, clear information on the capabilities of the hearing aids, care and maintainence of the hearing aids, etc. He not only does it in his office visits but he maintains an extensive youtube information channel which provides everything you need to know about hearing issues and how hearing aids can solve them. Clear up front pricing and clear explanation about future costs and requirements to keep the hearing aids working optimally. They are not the cheapest guys in town but definitely the most thorough and effective in treating hearing loss in a manner most seniors can understand. Excellent customer service and superior businesses ptactices in the expensive world of hearing aids.

Over the years, my husband turned into a low talker. The TV shows - dialogue muddy and hard to follow the plot... Why is my husband and the entire TV industry messing with me??? Husband says I need a hearing aid. Me??? Maybe... So I researched hearing aids on YouTube and there he was! Dr. Cliff! Smart, talented (brilliant) and on top of all the newest hearing technology. He fitted me with the best hearing aids at our very first appointment. And over the course of one full year, he tweaked them to perfection. I hear everything now. Even things I didn't know made noise. I love these devices. They have become part of me. Just don't whisper anything you don't want me to hear. I will hear it.
