Did Not Do the Work and Told Lies
I had contacted my home warranty company online to request service for my refrigerator that was leaking; Iwas assigned to this company; the home warranty company's website provided me with a list of dates/times. The technician did not arrive within the time scheduled; the person who answered the phone stated that he would call to check the status; called me back and stated that the technician was delayed. He arrived and spent about10 minutes. When I checked the next morning, my refrigerator was not fixed. I called the home warranty company and asked to cancel my contract with them. They didn't want to do that and have assigned a new company. Mudassa from Home Appliance Care (HAC) replied to my post on Yelp that the tech came a day early (LIE) and now they have scheduled an appointment for me with the manufacturer (they didn't make this appointment, the home warranty company did). Home Appliance did NOTHING, but tell lies so far. They asked to be given a 5-star rating when the work was not performed. Other people have complained about the same thing. Look at the negative reviews! They post the positive ones up front. I DON'T trust them. I NEVER want to do business with these people at all. Report fraud to your state's fraud hotline; notify the FTC; notify your friends and neighbors.
